 Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of

all mechanical related works at site as per approved


drawings and methods and safety rules.
 Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower,
materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for
all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans
and analyses all possible construction methodologies and
recommends the best options to the MEP Manager for
approval prior to execution at site.
 Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract
documents and applicable standards or specifications prior
to execution of any jobs.
 Manages directly and provide engineering and technical
support to all the Mechanical work groups at the site.
 Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and
coordinates the works to Electrical and civic groups.
 Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are
met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at the site.
 Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates
and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as
required.
 Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals
and targets for the Mechanical and electrical groups at the
site.
 Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with
the approved construction drawings, contract documents,
project specifications, and all applicable standards whether
local, national or international standards.
 Ensures that all site works are done according to all
applicable quality standards.
 Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’
personnel of the project by ensuring that the project
execution will be done according to all applicable health,
safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
 Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment's
installation activities
 Attends regular meeting with a client, civil engineers, and
consultant to provide an update on project progress.
 Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other
problems at a site that may arise at any time
 To collaborate with cost control and planning department in
preparing the daily progress reports
 Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a
job on time at the site.
 managing parts of construction projects
 overseeing building work
 undertaking surveys
 setting out sites 
 checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they
are followed correctly
 supervising contracted staff
 ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications,
budgets and/or timescales
 liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional
staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project
manager
 providing technical advice and solving problems on site
 preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
 liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the
pricing of materials
 Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies
and legislation are adhered to.
 Receive work orders, dispatch schedules, and necessary
related information and prepares for its execution.
 Draft parts requisitions define and acquire tools, parts, and
manuals required for the assigned work.
 Attend at the customer’s site according to schedules and
perform the required work. This includes identification of
malfunctions, disjointing the equipment, repairing, replacing,
and checking its performance after maintenance.
 Prepare the service report and gets the customer’s approval.
 Adhere to safety regulations and procedures and uses safety
equipment properly when performing his fieldwork.
 Collect the inspection and repairing costs from customers as
assigned.
 Study responsible zone drawings in order to prepare
Material, Equipment, and Man-hours requirements list based
on project priorities and time schedule.
 Supervise sub-contractors team performance, guide, and
report any problems to the Site Manager in order to tack
necessary actions.
 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising
and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any
subcontractors.
 Coordinate with the Quality control department schedule of
inspections/tests and tack any corrective action if required.
 Prepare a daily status report to present zone performance
and obstacles need to solve.
 Supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure all safety &
quality requirements are applied in all site activities.
 Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other
problems at the site that may arise at any time.
 Ensure mechanical facility and utility systems operations and
maintenance.
 Implementation, maintenance of any mechanical work inside
the site.
 Responsible for the delivery of the mechanical part to sub-
contractors.
 Coordinate with Architecture and structure teams during
preparing shop drawings or during construction.
 Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals
and targets for the mechanical groups at site.
 Have the ability to work in site supervising installation and
performing required site activities.
 Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other
problems at the site that may arise at any time.
 Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the
approved construction drawings, contract documents,
project specifications, and all applicable standards
 Coordinates with Client / Consultant s representatives for
any site instructions and inspection of works
 Site coordination and resource management job
requirements.
 Responsible for work of the construction site to ensure
quality that constructions and installations are in accordance
with drawings, specifications and local regulations.
 Review material and equipment submitted to ensure that
they are in accordance with the specifications and
requirements of the customer.
 Keep detailed site records for changes and progress of the
construction site.
 Help the project manager of any technical aspects of the
Mechanical / Electrical services that may affect construction
progress and quality of services.
 Attend project, site progress and site related technical
meetings as directed by the project manager
 Help project manager to resolve the Site related issues and
report to immediate Manager if any deviation or technical or
some other issues related to the work.
 Oversee installation, operation to ensure that machines and
equipment are installed and functioning according to
specifications.
 Monitor work progress and quality of work as per approved
specifications.
