Eli Kretzmann Model
This pilot project will be using the shelter developed by Eli Kretzmann in Pakistan in 2010.
Improved Eli Kretzmann Model by Portal Bikes
Eli Kretzmann Model improved by Portal Bikes. Addition of Translucent CGI sheet does make light inside the interior.
They have also made videos of construction which will help others to replicate their model .

Eli Kretzmann Model improved by ASHRAYA (initiative of students and graduate of IOE) . Addition of Straw roof
and plastic sheet can be seen as improvement in this model and their illustration is also impressive .

Eli Kretzmann Model improved by Needleweave Pvt. Ltd . Needleweave proposes Eli Kretzmann model with addition
of sand/earthbag walls and also proposes Khar as roofing material. Additionally , Needleweave also proposes model
settlement planning to ensure basic services as well as privacy for each units .

Sandbag walls , bamboo truss and roofing options of CGI/ Taurpaulin does make durable shelter. The
constructability is simple and use of local available material does makes it efficient shelter.
