ADDENDUM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THERE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, the parties of this contract known as ALFONSO &

JOSITA CHAN (lessor) and GINA PARDILLA (lessee) have entered
into a contract of lease known as Doc. No. 481, Page No. 47,
Book No. XXVI, Series of 2006 of Notary Public Atty. Leon O.
Montilla, Jr.

WHEREAS, the said contract of lease involved commercial

space 1&2 (lot no. 1155, Pls-44, Poblacion, Barobo, Surigao
del Sur) and that the same will expire on October 8, 2009.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the following terms are

HEREBY ADDED, to wit:

1. That in addition thereto, if the lessee wants to

renovate a part of the rented space, the total cost
of the said renovation shall be deducted from the
rental of the lessee.

2. That the parties also agreed to extend the term of

the lease contract agreement for two (2) years,
which means from October 8, 2012, the contract will
expire on October 8, 2014.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the premises hereto have hereunto

set their hands this 19th day of March 2009 at San Francisco,
Agusan del Sur.
