PROCEDURENursing actionExplain the procedur to patient and instruct her on how she hasto

and drape the patient exposingonly the lower abdomen.6Don gloves.7. Locate fundus with the palm of

felt in the palm of the hand.10.1. Measure the number of finger breadth at which the fundus is felt

With gloved hand check perineal pad for color of lochia.
