How to Compare Detailed Database
Reports Stored in 4100ES Master
Controller Card Compact Flash Memory

The File Transfer - History/Undo tab provides you with the ability to create a report that compares
two versions of a Job File stored in the 4100ES Master Controller Card’s Compact Flash Memory.
Follow these steps and click the corresponding movie to view the procedure.
1. From the Programmer, click the File Transfer icon and then the History/Undo tab.
Once the file is loaded, the “Active” (latest) version of the Job File is selected by default.
2. Click the “Select compare Base File” button and then choose the oldest version of the Job File as your
“Base File for Compare” to compare the Active version against.
3. Click the “Upload Jobs and Full Compare” button.
4. Create a folder for the files to be compared and then click the OK button.
5. Upload the files and then click the “Use Defaults” button on the Compare File screen to enter a path (location) for the compared file.
6. Select the files you wish to compare (or click the “Compare All” button) and then click the “Compare” button.
7. Once the comparison completes, close all screens and exit the programmer.
8. Navigate to the Job file and open it.
9. Open the Report Folder and double click the Report to view.
