SITUATION NO. 1
MANAGER: Why are you absent for one week? You did not even inform me. No text. No calls. I
tried calling you but you did not answer your phone. What’s wrong with you?
(Bakit ka absent ng isang linggo? Wala ka man lang pasabi, ni walang text o tawag.
Tinatawag ka pero di ka naman sumasagot? Ano ba?)
EMPLOYEE: When I was gone for a few days, it was really intentional. I'm like that, when you
push me to come out, I become even more...like a child. The more you tease me, the more I'm
motivated to work.
(Noong nawala ako ng ilang araw, talagang sinadya ko 'yun. Ganoon ako eh, kapag
kinakalkal mo ako, lalo ako 'yung...parang bata. 'Pag lalo mo akong kinakantiyawan, mas lalo
akong gagana.)

MANAGER: You haven't been in for a few weeks, so you'll tell me that you intended your
absence. what do you think I'll be happy, you should have given an excuse for your absence and
apologize for your absence? you think what you did is okay, you are still an employee you
should learn to respect others. if you're still an employee and that's how you act, do you think
anyone will respect you? what if your position increases, will you show the same behavior to
your co -workers? what you did is that you just proved that you are an unprofessional
employee. I'm not angry, I'm telling you to learn how to behave an employee and it's not like
that. I hope you learned something from what I said and always remember that when you at
work you need to respect those people around you.
