1. as an individual this video encouraged every people to accept the Inclusive education
and avoid the rejection of disable people in school, Respect the people have special need or
personal with disabilities and Social justice is everyone’s Job. Acceptance is course of action
to misplace the diversity between disable and normal student. The education is important in
every people because this a process of gaining knowledge and develop our abilities and
skills. Why should we deny education to someone who is much deficient the high
determination of disable students and the willingness to learn is the reason inclusive
education is attainable in society. how to fill their deficiency if people does not care in their
feeling or emotion whenever they are rejected. According to Dewall Rejection reduces
performance on difficult intellectual tasks and increase anxiety and sadness. Sometimes the
causes of rejection are lacking of hope to achieving their dreams. Rejection of disable in
school it’s as if you’ve already taken away their dreams to assess the education. Respect is a
kind of supporting to build feeling of trust, safety and well-being. Trust or believing in
disable people it helps us to boost their confident through organized their doing. Safety in
judgement and discrimination of people because in their deficiency. Well-being try to
collaborate with them and understand their feeling and emotion. Always let them know that
nothing is lacking in them and they completed even if they have disabilities. Social justice is
everyone job because the fairness of action between normal people or student and disable
people or student is the way to avoid the prejudice. We need to admire them through
patience and apprehension.

2. as an education student this video its beneficial to know the inclusive education is
possible. we can use our heads our hearts and our hands to make inclusion work, value the
diversity of people, and believing in the philosophy of life. We can use our heads through
understanding and appreciation the condition of people. Understanding the condition of
people is the preparation to the outcome of circumstances. Adaptation of circumstances it’s
a way to build strong relationship in special need person. Appreciation of every doing of
special needs to feel the purpose in society and to know their value. Its gives us competent,
determinacy, and motivation to work harder and do more effort in their task or
responsibility. We can use our heart through Loving, Caring, Sympathy and Empathy the
condition of people. Loving and Caring is a way to respect the special needs through
listening and talking to them. Assist them in their wants and needs to easily complete their
doing or task. Showing Sympathy and Empathy to them to understand their thoughts and
feelings because of that their freedom of speech will be recognized. We can use our hands
through helping and playing to them. Helping when they feeling lonely and playing to them
is a way to show the enjoyment or happiness in our life even there are many problems or
challenges. Value the diversity and promote inclusion to lessen the fear of rejection of every
special need in their relationship in other people. believing in the philosophy

3. as a future teacher this video is informative its explain the method of teaching through
inclusive education. I remember one scenario about Shreya. Teacher hide when Shreya
participate in activity because Shreya was very a quiet child however when the teacher was
not around she was much more active and talkative and hence the children were trying to
encourage her by their shouts this intuitive understanding of what Shreya needed and their
spontaneous show of support was shining example of inclusive thinking and behavior. The
observation of teacher before they do decision is a course of action to planning their
teaching in special needs. The sense of belonging and value their worth is kind of inclusive
behavior through teaching. Boosting self-confidence of disable student by appreciation and
always congratulate when they task is done. According to the theory of social
constructivism, social worlds develop out of individuals' interactions with their culture and
society. socialized in other person to gaining some idea and learn to trust the abilities of
child. Find out their strength and weakness to be aware in their self-identity. Create a
development strategy that focuses on your specific development needs. Developing
philosophy practices and policies through the method of teaching. Analyzing the
perspectives of student to show the learning philosophy. Stop discrimination and promote
respect to the disable or deficiency student to feel that there is nothing wrong in their
condition.

C.  Video Title: What Candy Did for Her Son Quentin to Graduate

1. as an individual this video aspiration to the hard work of single parent to their child. If
we put ourselves in their position, it’s difficult because they task is two and there are to
being a father and mother to their child. When Candy observe that her son is not a normal
she accepts and she did not blame our God. This kind of mindset is important to every
people because every challenge or problems there is a reason for that so it is given to us
sometimes it is also done so that we can learn from the mistakes we have made.
Multitasking helps people feel more accomplished because they can complete more than
one task at a time. Giving some attention in the children therefore the development of
children is faster. Dignity is a gift because we need to value and respect the personality of
special needs or disable person. Everything is a blessing even with a deficiency be thankful
that we exist in this society. Promote Inclusive education and support every disable or
deficiency people in their education to mold their knowledge and abilities. Stop the
rejection to them try to do planning like inclusive thinking and behavior.

2. as an education student I’m so proud what candy did was that she immediately created
an event just so that his son could graduate. According the spiritual counselor of Candy for
you to live and Quetin in this world and it is not difficult for you to always remember this do
not compete, do not conform and do not compare So your life will be satisfied and content.
Do not compete in other people because the life is journey not a racing. Appreciate what we
have and accept what we do not have be thankful in our abilities or skills sometimes the
disable person better than in normal person. Keep progress even its hard or slow are
considered productivity. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be
transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what
God's will his good, pleasing and perfect will. Do not compare because there are different
path of life and this is the way to accomplish our goals in our life.

3. as a future teacher I’m very disappointed in the action of the principal in the Graduation.
Why did they practice graduation for child then they full out the child when last minute of
Graduation? The effort of Quetin was wasted because the fear of Principal in the
consequences. I believed in the quotation “Pag gusto may paaran pag ayaw lagi may
dahilan” there are many ways for Quetin to graduate like special event, or solo graduation.
Encourage the child is important because school is the second home of student and the
teacher and personnel are the second parents of the student. Rejection is cause of
discourage the child and lack of hope to accept their personality in our society. build strong
relationship to the parents to improve children's academic achievement, social
competencies and emotional well-being. Mothers are made for a purpose and God will help
to their responsibility to the child. The learning of child is start in family and parents is a
basis to excel the abilities and skill of child. The good connection between family and school
to faster the development and growth of child. Stop Discrimination and prejudice in disable
or deficiency student its affects in the feelings of parents. Inclusive education its hard but we
need to remind every teacher even they disable or normal student we need to teach them
don’t make feel different in other student. Patience and understanding is a key to
systematize the Inclusive education.
