As future educator it is important to take the course of Property Resources

and Management because the resources and property is one of the way to
achieve the mission and vision of university or school. Teaching
Resources are exceptionally valuable as supporting devices in instructing and
learning to their student the adaptability to get to records and materials
without the supervision of an teachers in a more casual way such as
browsing the organization virtual learning environment whether at school or
away. The major purpose of learning and teaching resources is to provide a
source of learning experience that is effective enough to invoke interaction
among students and teachers in the learning or teaching process. For
example, the importance of books in the library sometimes student
borrowed the book and they accidentally torn or damaged the book and the
result of this lack of proper book in the university. this course reminds us
that we need to take care of everything we use in school because we are not
the only student in this school. We need to preserve every book because
book is the primary source of student to gain some knowledge or idea.
Effective Resources Management is one of the foremost vital duties of
school directors. After public schools get financing from state and federal
governments they must distribute those assets to support programs and
other school necessities. Effective management of human and capital
resources is a critically important responsibility. School administrators not
only need to make the most of potentially scarce resources
but too adjust their asset administration procedure.

being irritable and they attention to the lesson will disappear. Every students
and teacher need to feel comfortable and safe to their room to enhance their
engagement in other people. An effective learning environment
encourages learning through play with a rich set of materials and learning
opportunities.
This course helps us to be ready when we manage some class we need to
avoid wasting time or question anyone how to manage this resource or
property. It improves our decision when our room have a problem like
broken chair, lack of electric Fan. We need to request immediately in
administration so that it does not become an obstacle to our teaching. We
also find out here how to approved the project in school like adding some
building for extra-curricular activities. We can also solve here the wants and
needs of student and parents because of that we achieve the mission and
vision of university.
