Covet House, now in a completely different style,
this 295 sqm, 8 room penthouse in Monaco focuses
on functionality and contemporary modern design in
neutral tones to create an effortless chic look. The
social areas include an open-plan kitchen, dining and
living area, as well as a powder room and a home office.
Moreover, the penthouse features two extraordinary
private areas - a sophisticated master bedroom which
includes its own living area, and the magical kids
quarters which include the bedroom, a play and study
area and bathroom. Visit this second virtual Covet

ENTRYW A Y
Setting the first impressions, the entryway hall
welcomes you into a journey of effortless chic design.
Connecting all the rooms, it serves as the main artery
for the house with a privileged view over all the open
space areas. The goal was to provide an entryway that
transpired warmth and luxury by combining a neutral
aesthetic with modern design furniture and lighting
pieces. Setting the tone for the rest of the penthouse.

LIVING
RO OM
An open space area filled with warm and soothing
upholstery and tones. The living room was carefully
put together with one clear goal: comfort. Spacing and
the overall setting of the furniture and decoration were
design to provide a calm aesthetic, without any of the
pieces overpowering each other, mastering the perfect
balance between design and functionality. A subtle
neutral palette to provide the most nurturing ambiance.

What better place to enjoy a fine dinner with friends and
family than a beautiful and inspiring dining room? This
room was design to provide exactly that: a beautifully
decorated and furnished area, with a practical and cozy
approach. Again, the neutral tones are in sync with the
other open areas, both in design and taste.
K I TC H E N
Sharing the same area with the dining room, a fully
equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, and a design
that seamlessly becomes one with the other rooms.
The use of the marbles provides a cleanness to the eye
and exudes an elegant and modern appeal, suiting for a
family or friends get together, especially with the marble
countertop, the perfect place to start your dinner party.

B AT H RO O M
Although a service bathroom, the details and
functionality in this room weren’t forgotten. The utility
cabinet, a modern staple in amenities serves as the
backbone for all the bathroom, leaving a fair amount of
space for the other pieces. Glamorously decorated and
stylish, the bathroom continues the overall aesthetic of
the penthouse: neutral and clean.
MASTER
BEDRO OM
Yet another comforting zone, the master bedroom
was designed to render the ultimate relaxing a calm
experience. Few elements were set to make the room
as subtle as possible not to be too loud, this elegant
bedroom transpires a peace and quietness perfect for
a relaxing night. Not compromising on the aesthetic,
it is still polished and neutral, making it all about the
wide spacings and the well-lit walls and ceilings. This
modern and simplistic design is complemented by other
functionalities and additions to the overall area, that we
will explore ahead.
SIT TING
RO OM
One of the many amenities for the master bedroom
is the complementing sitting room. A smaller private
living room, the perfect retreat or calm reading corner.
Borrowing its design straight from the main living room
is the ideal place for an intimate and personal escape.
W ALK-IN-
C LO S E T
Although with a simplistic design, the master bedroom
is filled with elements that fulfill a design worthy
of this penthouse. Besides an en- suite bathroom,
the master bedroom is complemented with a walk-
in closet that immediately transports us to a private
experience worthy of some of the most luxurious
brands in the fashion industry. Simple in design,
complex in the details.
T WINS
BEDRO OM
A house is not a home without the lively laughter
and play of children. In this case, double the fun. The
twins’ room is both fun and aesthetically pleasing.
Doubling on the items and doubling on the styling
with a gender-neutral palette, complete with an
office and private bathroom. A whimsical place that
allows comfort, safety, and functionality without
compromising on the playfulness of the room.
OFFICE
A masterful combination of items, where design meets
professionalism. A generously wide area, comprising of
two distinctive areas: the office area and the reading
corner. Designed to be a place of work, its main goal
was ergonomy and functionality. The office follows the
same structure and architecture as the other spaces but
feels like its own unique styling and appeal.

This secluded villa is the first of a series of luxury
houses created by Covet House with the purpose of
inspiring professionals and Design lovers to new hights
in this new era. The 8.5 Million, 500 m2 mansion in
Moscow presents elegant bespoke interiors with a
modern classic touch, and a perfect balance between
statement handcrafted pieces and more neutral,
functional elements. The result is a very comfortable
home fit for the modern luxury lifestyle.
ENTRYW A Y
Welcoming you into our house, is a splendorous sight.
A play on marbles, the high-ceiling and reflective
surfaces provide a wider feel to the house. Exquisite,
refined and quite subtle while being remarkable are
some of the characteristics of this entrance hall. With
a view to the second floor, L’Chandelier from Boca do
Lobo drops from the ceiling to make a statement with
as a dreamy, elegant and luxurious lightning piece.
Also contrasting with the black marble of the floor, the
white marble from the Empire Round Table protrudes
from the flooring to receive every guest.
LIVING
RO OM
The heart of a house. Designed with every detail
carefully thought out to fulfill a powerful aesthetic,
but also a comfortable, contemporary, and high-end
setting. A room decorated by mixing various textures
and materials, providing the ultimate luxury modern
classic living room.
With a view to the perfect snowy field in St. Peterburg,
the high ceiling windows provide a source of natural
light that fulfils and creates the illusion of a wider space,
and complements the lighting pieces like the Newton
Suspension Lamp by Boca do Lobo. The boiserie in
the walls contrasts perfectly with the straight lines
in the center table or in the Thomson Sofa by Luxxu,
being the perfect antitheses between the classic and
contemporary approach to the design. Neutral colour
provides a sense of luxury that transpires in every detail,
from the use of marbles in the wall and accessories.
DININ G
RO OM
The sophisticated dining area, connected to the open
kitchen, and consisting of a unique dining table that
embodies handmade techniques such as wood carving,
metal cutting and hammering, and polishing. An open
space room with the contrast between the softness of
the velvet upholstery and the harshness of the marbles
and woods in the architecture of the spaces. The walls
are detailed and stand out with a set of Supernova
Chandeliers, and all the furniture is geometric and
placed strategically.
K I TC H E N
A convenient ergonomic kitchen, fully equipped with
the latest tech and with a counter, is stylish and color
neutral. It is deliberately not supposed to stand out in
an open plan living room/dining room. The bright accent
of the kitchen is the golden brass details in the lighting
accessories, chairs and cabinet. A kitchen interior
effortlessly blends ergonomic motives with luxury.
MASTER
BEDRO OM
The master bedroom was designed concise and not
bright, so that nothing would interfere with the rest.
Wooden soft panels give the interior a soft touch and
smooth the impression of dark walls that contrast with
the light ceiling and floor, just like in the living room.
Designer luxury items from Luxxu and Rug’Society have
not spared the room – a soft rug, a stunning chandelier
hangs over the bed, and bedside tables and a couch are
perfectly crafted into the room.
C LO S E T
Could not do without a spacious and stylish wardrobe,
made of premium wood, with open glass doors and
interior lighting, which is very functional and appealing.
With the shelves are made of genuine walnut wood, and
a chandelier resembling a floating gold stream made
to order and the soft Hera Armchair from Brabbu to
connect all the elements.
B AT H RO O M
The bathroom is designed with a deliberate luxury:
marble panel, the iconic black Diamon Bathtub
from Maison Valentina, and a contrasting black and
white marble floor. The unique marble pattern in the
bathroom resembles the river current. Brass and golden
accessories complete the picture.
KIDS
BEDRO OM
Creating a children’s bedroom, the studio started from
the dream world of a boy, and tried to make the room
such that it takes a ride and never stops. With attention
to the “A” graphic lamp from Delightfull, standing out
from the phenomenal Bun Van Bed from Circu in a sleek
black paint job. Almost any unique product is the result
of the eclecticism of many details and a sense of taste,
so in this interior is remembered the loft and the classics
but it’s still very contemporary, as it’s able to see from
the white walls with moldings and warm lamps hanging
next to the bed.
OFFICE
A more sophisticated and leaner look, the use of neutral
colors and more strict lines in the decoration, the
variety of materials and finishes (especially the use of
black), transpires luxury, professionalism, and most of
all a modern-style décor.

The third house in the series of curated projects by

Covet House, this time with an ethereal partnership
with Ptang Studio Limited, led by Philip Tang & Brian Ip,
whose talented team developed a unique experience
consisting of the exploration and journey of the Mind
that departs from the bounds of physical realities. A
spectacular mansion, with 8 different in-house rooms
and 2 exterior areas including a garden and a visionary
rooftop. The townhouse is surrounded by greenery all
around and turquoise waters of the bay of one of the
most exclusive neighborhoods in Hong Kong.
The spaces and architecture of the mansion were
designed to celebrate the unique, eclectic personalities
in each of us, in much the same spirit as found in the
curated collections of the Covet House furniture,
lighting, and accessory pieces.

he entrance welcomes the arrival of the contemporary
design pilgrimage and to entering another dimension,
the unordinary. Upon entering the house, a pastel
orange corridor frames the view towards the living,
dining, and the exterior garden in the background is
set in a surreal environment, setting the tone for the
unordinary experience ahead.

The Reading Room is a contemplative reclusion,
colored in deep rich green paneling. A calm space with
a large window portraying the mind’s imagination, a
fortress of solitude.

The Living & Dining is a harmonized space of yin and
yang, light and dark within the same space. The dining
space is a dim and cozy experience and the living a
bright open space with arched openings allowing
more sunlight and views of the greenery, complete
with a luxurious bar area. The golden finished both in
the architecture and furniture pieces, illuminate the
room, creating an even wider space and ethereal look.

The Bathroom and Powder Room are an expressive
duo with strongly defined materials and tones and a
playful element with furniture and ironmongery used
in place of sanitary fitments.

The kid’s room is themed around the bubble gum and
incorporates bubble gum-like furniture and colors

In Paris, the city of love and the home of the iconic
design is nestled a luxurious and eclectic 1450 square
feet apartment. A multimillion-dollar penthouse that
reflects the owner’s love for collectible design and the
client’s needs to have a functional space for work and
to be inspired at the same time. The luxury apartment
has an open space concept that combines all the rooms
through one unique style.
Boca do Lobo’s homage to art and cultural history,
where every elegant detail of the classic architecture
in this apartment features the white French wall
moldings, highlighting the classical style of the French
windows and by the city’s renaissance period, fill with
art worthy designs and sculptures to enhance the
decor bringing to life the richness of the designs.
ENTRYW A Y
In interior design the entryway is the home’s greeting
card and what welcomes those who visit it. Contrasting
in the colors but converging in the aesthetic and
boldness of the pieces, the Entry Gallery shows that
details are everything. Covering the entire entryway, on
both sides, the iconic and exclusive Heritage Sideboard
brings color to an almost monochromatic environment.
Composed by carefully hand-painted tiles, this is a
design that tells a story, through an ancient Portuguese
technic. On the walls, large round mirrors with gold
frames, that were specially designed for the client, give
the space dimension and the Midas touch that connects
everything.
On the end of this large entrance is featured the modern
Pietra round table, carved with mastery in white marble,
the key element of this space matching the typical french
floors. Illuminating the setting, a beautiful white and
gold chandelier brings a contemporary and futuristic
touch to the entrance gallery.
LIVING
RO OM
In a wide and bright room, the living room is one
of the main areas in this opulent french apartment.
Surrounded by art and romantic sculptures that call
back to Ancient Greece, this space is the perfect
combination of classic and contemporary, in an
artistic symbiosis.
In the center of the living room lays a new version of
the iconic Imperfectio Sofa, this time in a chaise long.
This unique design piece shows that imperfection can
be perfect, and a beautiful and artsy piece can both
be aesthetically pleasing, and a comfortable place to
rest. Surrounded by the sofa, the magnificent center
table is a product of the brand’s Bespoke Service. This
design became part of 2021 novelties debuts.
The aesthetic of the space is defined by the
combination of its colors, shapes and materials. The
cream tones in the textiles of the upholsteries, the
gold of the brass and the earth tones of the marble
bring the perfect balance and harmony to the room.

Following the open-concept lines of the decor,
the living room transitions into the dining room,
maintaining the same characteristics and aesthetic.
As part of the project, the dining room is one of the
stars of this elegant and artful interior design. Every
piece is unique, exclusive coexisting as a masterpiece
both individually and together.
The different finishes are one of the features that
contribute to the coherence of this interior design
project, with statement pieces and timeless hues.
The dining room mixes neutral tones, with black
and dark brown wood surfaces contrasting with the
exquisiteness of gold brass. But what truly elevates
this ambiance are the pieces that make this project a
living art-gallery, comprehensive furniture that could
easily be considered an iconic collectable design
piece such as the imposing Empire Dining Table
taking center stage with the Glance mirror and the
memorable No11 Chair complementing this beautiful
and perfectly designed area.
K I TC H E N
Transitioning into the kitchen area, this project debuts
new pieces but also new spaces where Boca do
Lobo can be present. Everything in this apartment is
unconventional sharing the space with the dining room,
the kitchen is open and perfectly embraces the aesthetic
of this glamorous apartment.
Mixing dark tones and illuminated by the gold present
in the whole project, this area is not only functional but
also luxurious. The main piece is the dark marble Kitchen
Island with the perfect amount of gold touch and the
minimalistic design, to match the dining and living room.
This bespoke piece was designed to break the space and
to gather all the ambiances at the same time.
B AT H RO O M
The Guest Bathroom is a completely different and
inspiring room covered in black marble and decorated
with statement pieces. The Lumiére Mirror is the perfect
piece to open up the space and break such a strong and
intense gloomy ambiance. Maison Valentina’s Symphony
Freestanding is a bespoke design piece made just for
this interior design project and thought to gather the
décor of the living room with the bathroom. A smart and
elegant way to combine the same style in completely
different areas.
MASTER
BEDRO OM
The Master Bedroom is mainly inspired by the art
pieces that the client brings from all the corners
of the world, like the vintage black mirror and the
contrasting rug, but the center stage it’s definitely the
king-size bed. This beautiful bed is framed with the
handmade Lapiaz Headboard. This imposing design
piece is inspired by the french word for ‘stone’ that
when frizzed, cracks into an unexpected stunning
interior revealing all the inside details.
The time everyone spends in the bathroom is precious.
This concept was the owner’s moto to build an entire
efficient bathroom that looks like a private spa. With
a green wall to set the mood and a bespoke bathtub
by Maison Valentina, with artistic handmade tiles, this
space was perfectly designed to inspire and calm the
mind. Not forgetting the sauna area that warms the
space covered in luxury marble walls and floor.
C LO S E T
The master wardrobe design has a central lounge area
with two statement armchairs, covered in brass, giving
the space an authentic and luxury style. Glass doors
unveil the Designer clothes collection and give the
closet a feeling of bright and open space. Fulfilling this
elegant room, the neutral and patterned rug from the
brand Rug Society, a partner in this project, works really
well in the interior design geometry and helps to bring
warmth into the luxury closet needs.
OFFICE
The reflection of personal style, passions, and aspirations
of the private client is the motto for this working space.
Leading into the creative room, the hallway maintains
the same art gallery-like aesthetic as the entrance of
the house, yet breaking the informality of it with the
stunning and imposing Millionaire luxury safes with the
strong and formal design. The Hera Suspension Lamp
illuminates the entry of this room, and the marble floor
reflects the brightness needed to balance this business
yet inspiring environment.
Entering the room where work comes to life, the Design
Studio created two distinctive areas according to the
necessities of the client. Lounge space with an eclectic
style to welcome the guests into a creative talk with the
Soleil Sofa and Armchair and the out-of-box Savana Rug
by the Partner Brand Rug Society.
Since this penthouse is the home of an architect, the
Designers conceived this area as the main working
place. The new Garrett Bookcase covers the side walls
to provide the maximum storage keeping knowledge on
display and bring into this space more character and
formality. The center stage of the office is the Empire
Desk. This imposing surface is a one-of-a-kind design
aesthetic and refined statement that it’s illuminated by
the French windows conceiving a perfect place to work.

located at Av. George V in Paris, has 412.4m2/4439.03ft2
of contemporary classic luxury design vibe all over it.
Each room tells a particular story lived by the owner, a
young lady with a particular and vibrant way of living.
From the moment you step in, you will start a journey
that will fulfil your senses and will make you want to stay.
“La Ville-Lumière” is well represented in the classic
architecture structure, but at the same time nature and
world cultures are expressed through materials, colours
and shapes of the furniture and decor.
The 21/22 trends that were chosen as an inspiration
were the Earth, Olive and Forest that exalt the raw
nature mood. Making you feel near to the world roots,
room by room.
JINGLE
ENTRYW A Y
The welcoming area for the chambers of the owner
heart, her home.
Like a Jingle, simple and short, but will be on the top
of visitors mind as an obsession and the motto for the
journey ahead.
As soon as you come inside, you are welcomed by a
harmonious wall set, composed by a HELIOS mirror,
an ARDARA console table, two NANOOK chairs and
two extra big AURUM wall lights. The colour palette
and materials selection are warm, nature- based,
perfect for making you feel more welcome. The hand
painted console in Sahara Noir faux- marble is the
central element, combining with the earthy toned
cotton velvet of the chairs, the hammered matte brass
of the wall lights and the black lacquer of the mirror.
This set is then completed by the custom made
NAICCA suspension light, adding elegance through
its crystals, and the hand-tufted CHROMA rug that
brings an extra tone of earth feeling due to its irregular
shape and colour mix made in botanical silk.
The natural light that comes within and the natural
wood tone of the herringbone parquet floor emphasize
the welcoming nature of this entrance. The final touch
of this area is brought by the natural flowers bouquet
and the fashion books, revealing a bit of the owner’s
taste and lifestyle.
OASIS
LIVING
RO OM
After crossing the entryway, you face the wide open
living room, an oasis to relax by yourself or enjoy
with the warm company of friends and family. This
contemporary classic living room is composed by two
WALES six seater round sofas, two NAJ armchairs, a
custom made LURAY centre table, four MECCA II side
tables and AMIK table lights, a WHITE garden rug
and a NAICCA suspension light. The classic fireplace
is sided by two built-in bookcases inspired in NAZCA
sideboard, and two PADAUNG stools. Forest is the
colour palette and materials selection trend for this
room: different shades of green, brown and beige are
combined to bring the feeling of wood, tree leaves,
sunshine and shadows.
On the opposite side of the living room, two BRYCE II
consoles are placed next to the office door. A couple
of graphic paintings enrich the walls, enlightened by
the VELLUM XL wall lights. The diversity of colours,
materials and textures are as rich as a forest can be.
In this room you find: hunter green and beige cotton
velvet for the seating; brushed brass and forest green
marble for the side tables; casted brass, bronze glass
and emperador marble for the centre table; polished
brass and glossy black lacquer for the table lights;
botanical silk for the area rug; brushed aged brass
and crystal glass for the suspension light; walnut
root veneer for the built-in bookcases; tilia wood and
brushed brass for the stools; brushed aged hammered
brass for the wall lights; and finally the exquisite hand
painting in forest green faux marble for the consoles.

DI NI N G RO OM
Like a supernova explosion, the dining room was designed
to promote illuminating and powerful moments when
socializing among friends and family. Through windows
that welcome the passage of the light, the dining room
is alive with the vibrant hues of midday.
A dining set that seats twelve is composed by an AGRA
dining table and custom- made CAYO Dining chairs,
where the forest green marble of the table top combines
perfectly with the purple cotton velvet of the chairs.
The brand new HORUS suspension light, just like the
God of the sky and the rising sun, is a reference element
on this room with a structure in matte black lacquered
brass and shades in a crackled glass. To have a more
cosy ambience, the two casted aged brass CAY wall
lights are setting the mood with a warm light that shine
out of them. And completing the room is the MACUSHI
rug, that brings a soft touch and a comfort feeling and
provides extra comfort to the overall set.
PRIMROSE
K I TC H E N
Primrose is the first flower to bloom in the spring,
represents youth and everlasting existence. This
is exactly what the owner wanted to bring into this
kitchen essence, combining elegance and functionality,
blending the verde alpi marble countertop and
herringbone parquet floor with aged brass cabinets
and appliances.
The kitchen design was from a process of layout,
surfaces, appliances design details and furniture
combination, resulting in a space that’s easy to use and
fun to cook and socialize in.
The cabinets are made with flat surfaces and stripped
of ornamentations because the main focus of the room
is the dining nook composed by a bottle green cotton
velvet HERA dining sofa that seats five, a carrara
marble AGRA dining table and an irregular HORUS
Suspension Light.
This social space encourages casual interaction, even
when washing the dishes, since the kitchen island is
located in the center where is easy to interact with
anyone who is at the nook or seated at the cotton
velvet NAJ counter chairs.
THE
WONDER
OFFICE
The owner, as a curious person about the world
and eager to keep learning day after day, had the
desire to have an office with a library: a room to
travel all over the world without leaving home.
A custom-made built-in open bookcase, inspired
in the BARAKA collection, provides storage and
organisation to the room where collected treasures,
art and books create a warm, welcoming, bright
and cheery feeling.
A cosy reading nook was developed for moments of
needing to step away from the computer, kick back
in a chair, have a coffee, and read while recharging
energies.
The reading nook is composed by two swivel
velvet ESSEX Armchairs, that give the possibility
to face the world outside through the window or
to be more guarded inside. An aged brass KOI side
table with the table top in forest green marble and
an aged brass CYRUS floor light were chosen to
complement this corner.
On the opposite side, facing the window, there
is a BARAKA desk to match with the bookcase.
An imposing and spacious desk that gives the
confidence to face any working day. To close
this ambience, an irregular botanical silk rug, the
NUANCE rug, was chosen, with soft and earthy
colours that make all room to be have a balanced
feeling and a cohesive look.

Despite the living room being one of the mais
spaces for entertaining, the powder room plays
a vital role as an extension of how guests are
welcomed. The owner wished this room to be as
unique and enjoyable as the other public areas.
Just like the diversity of life experiences of the
owner herself and of all the people she invites in,
this powder room invites for a diversity of textures
and shades of carrara marble and brass, yet keeping
a stillness and balance that you find across the
whole appartment.
The lighting of this room is brought by SOLEIL
Suspension Light in hammered brass and VELLUM
XL Wall Light in brushed aged hammered brass.
The built-in vanity brings inspiration from NAZCA
sideboard just like the bookcase in the living room,
made in walnut root veneer, topped by a carrara
marble sink with the TIMELESS THREE HOLE
MIXER Tap. To complete the look, there is a custom
made KUMI I rectangular mirror in brushed aged
hammered brass, matching the wall lights.

Connecting all the rooms, it serves as the main artery for
the house with a privileged view over all the open space
areas. You can never make a second first impression,
and in this case, it is not necessary.

Featuring a trendy open concept for easy access to

Circu continues its mission to bring pieces from out of
this world to brighten up 2021 and all of your design
projects. We moved heavens and earth to bring you this
room full of spots to explore and new adventures to
come.
When we enter the room we are immediately drawn
to the sleeping area. With a color palette that ranges
between light grey and pastel shades, the cloud bed is
the chosen piece that does deliver the sensation of levity
and being lost in space and imagination. The stellar rug
matches perfectly with the theme of the bedroom. Every
bedroom, especially for kids, needs all the storage you
can get. The modern closet is complemented by the sky
nightstands that give the room a vintage look while still
traveling to a different dimension. and above our atomic
wall lamps that provide the exact amount of light.
This bedroom will not be completed without an out-
of-this-world playground with Rocky Rocket as the
centerpiece.
A playground is nothing without a study area. How else
would your little astronaut learn more about the stars?

Inspired by elements from “Jungle Book” and the
eternal movie about MoglI, the new room by Circu
promises to transform a blank space into a Jungle of
Fun with lots of games and activity spaces to boost
your little one’s imagination.
This Project is the one your clients don’t know they
need until they see it.
Let’s navigate through nature and climb this tree of

Magic happens when fantasy becomes real! And this
bedroom with playground area really is the ultimate pink
fantasy. The suspension lamps were designed to look like
real clouds, while the wallpaper features majestic pelicans.
The giant mirror was inspired by Snow White’s story and
magically turns into a movie screen when desired. The
iconic Rocky Rocket interactive chair, which parents will
recognize from the adventures of Tintin, completes this
beautiful bedroom design.
Every boy dreams of adventure and this bedroom with
playgroud sure allows for a kid’s imagination to roam
free. The wallpaper takes us to the imaginary of Disney’s
Jungle Book movie, the Rocky Rocket chair to endless
exploring adventures.
The blue clouds with light and sound system and the
whimsical hanging chair provide a comfortable floating
sensation when adventures are over and warriors finally
take a break to rest.
