Medications:
· Metronidazole 500 mg tab q8 (7 days) ➢ Antibiotic that stop the growth of bacteria and protozoa
· Cefuroxime 500 mg tab q8 (7 days) ➢ Antibiotic for bacterial infections
· Obimin plus 1 capsule OD 8am (2 months) ➢ A postnatal supplement to help provide adequate supply
of vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fatty acids, DHA and
EPA, during pregnancy and lactation.
· Hemarate FA 1-tab OD 8am (2 months) ➢ supplement to fight the symptoms of iron deficiency

Walking - In the first few days, stay off your feet as much as
possible. As you begin to heal, slowly increase the amount of
walking you do around the house. Start with short, leisurely outdoor
walks, and gradually increase their length. Use this as a time to
