Seed Towards the Future
Seed Towards the Future Project is designed generally to preserve our environment. The
movement is focused on keeping and restoring natural resources and, enhancing eco system
services by planting more trees. After weeks of process and maintaining the page, we came up
with these conclusions through the use google forms which were answered by our selected
respondents. The responses we collected is from the total of 57 respondents.

The questioner contains the name, email address and gender of the respondents which
will be need for demographics. There are 4 questions that need to be rated from excellent to
poor. To see how the respondents perceive the richness of our content website, they need to rate
5 characteristics from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The questioners also contain all over
feedback and recommendation.

Reflection

My belief about myself as a learner before entering this lesson is a positive and
confident one. In my grade 10 year, I was able to attend an Information and Communication
Technology Class (ICT) which gave me a lot of help to learn more about ICT lessons. When we
received heads up about the upcoming activities, I was really excited about it, I knew I would not
only learn but also enjoy so much. I am so grateful with the learning I had last school year
expanded through this year.

To be completely honest, at first, I did not have any idea on how to create a page,
google forms, how statistic works and mostly concept paper. I was certain that it would be
complex, and I expected pressure since I am the leader. But now things got clear to me. I learned
so much from this class. I also had a great time, the things we did are so interesting and fun to
accomplish. The topic that is assigned to me suit us very well as we are all nature lover.
Technologies never fails to amaze me; you can do so much with the help of it.

I am very great especially to Ma’am Klarryze Jenel Manio, which is our

Empowerment Technologies teacher, without her we will never understand every lesson. She
makes things much easier for us, and I love how considerate she is. Every lesson and activity
will surely help me in the future as I pursue my dream job, and I am still looking forward for
learnings and knowledge.

Reflection

I feel good doing this activity because I learned and experienced a lot. With this activity I
explore more about ICT. Before I did not know about the things like statistics on page. I did not
know that you can determine who your audiences are. I do not literally determine who are them,
but you can know how many females or males are. Also, I was amaze because before I did not
know that you can also know some details about your audiences like where country they live,
specifically where city they live and even what language they speak. Because of that I realize
more how powerful technology is. That almost everything can be done easily because those
statistics that you can see on your Facebook insight is already computed; you do not need to
check the audience one by one. In short with ICT, Technology your work will be easier. We
encountered some challenges in this activity like at first, we didn't know what we should do to
gain popularity or more audiences, also we are having a hard time to look for content we can
post. Because there are just some articles or acts about environmental conservation. But because
of the statistics that the Facebook offer we determined that our audiences are more interested in
our motivational posts. That's why we focus more on looking at content that can motivate our
audiences. One thing I will remember in this activity is how important the statistic is. Because
with statistics we determined our audiences that helps us to decide what content and what action
we should take so our page will gain more popularity. With this activity I appreciate more the
bloggers or the groups who are handling a page to promote something. It isn't easy to think of a
solution to gain popularity. Also, with the topic that is assigned to us I learned more about the
condition of our environment and I learned who are the groups who are making a move to
improve or to survive our environment. I learned some tips on how to grow plants. Because of
this activity I became more interested with plants.

Reflection
 I have learned a lot more about trees than I did before when I was younger. I am not

only learning about trees in my country but trees in other countries as well and what’s going on

with their trees and learn how to help them by donating or signing online petitions. I also learned

on how to take care of my own trees if I ever decide to grow my own in the future. I experienced

on how to help our country’s trees and other trees around the world by learning about them on

the internet, social medias and by watching news about them. The encountered challenges are

getting our page out there, getting more attention, group followers and finding more information

about the trees from our country and from around the world. In order for us to do that we can

courage people to grow and plant trees. We could also start doing online donations and posting it

all over social media’s and telling people to share and spread our useful information.

What I learned in this ICT project Environmental conservation and action that we

should take care of our plants and trees, because plants and trees give us oxygen and clean air.

And trees provide shelter to animals. And they are one of our sources of foods. I enjoy learning,

posting, and sharing content and information about plants and trees. The problem i encountered

is lack of sharing and posting content because it's hard to make a content about plants and trees

and lack of follower and reactor.

With my background in psychology this led me to reflect on my mind and we let

grow sometimes unwillingly, and the way those plants can take over our thinking, by

communication the protection of life in its multiplicity this is inspiring to m in the same way that

we human beings and other animals give birth to and nurture our own offspring.
