1. Design, supply, fabrication, erection with required complete steel material.


2. Supply & fixing of column anchor bolt & connection bolt/nuts.
3. Supply & fixing of 0.8 mm thk GI decking sheet with self-tapping screws.
4. Supply & fixing of staircase frame work as per final design.
5. Supply & fixing of 5 mm thk structural glazing with required hardware items.
6. Members are painted with one coat of red oxide paint & two coats of enamel
paint.

Scope of civil work:

1. Excavation of footing and plinth beam work.


2. Earth filing of excavated footing and floor area.
3. PCC concrete for footing and plinth beam area.
4. RCC for footing, pedestal, plinth beam and floor concrete.
5. Construction of 6” outer wall with inner and outer plastering.
6. Weather proof water based paint for outer wall and one cote of putty with
distemper for inner wall.
7. 4” thk concrete for mezzanine floor and 6” thk concrete for ground floor parking.
8. Size stone masonry for 4’ ft from RFL.

Exclusion:

1. Supply & fixing of electrical & plumbing related work.


2. Supply & laying of vitrified floor & wall tiles.
3. Material transportation extra at actual.
4. Material storage area safety to be done by client.
5. Required electricity & water has to be provided by client.
6. Labor hutment with water facility to arrange by client.
7. Power for necessary welding to be arranged at site free of cost.

A) 1st Payment: 10% advance along with PO.


B) 2nd Payment: 50% after approval of design & details.
C) 3rd Payment: 20% before dispatch of structural material.
D) 4rd Payment: 15% after completion of structural erection.
E) 5th Payment: 5% immediate completion of roof sheet fixing.
F) GST: 18% extra at actual

Terms & Conditions:

1. VARIATION

Any changes and /or revision of the above stated scope of supply MAY lead to a
variation in price and the delivery period

2. FORCE MAJEURE

SELLER shall not be liable for any loss or damage to BUYER for delay in delivery or
cancellations of any purchaser's order by SELLER due to circumstances beyond
SELLER'S control, Such as, but not Limited to, War, riots, civil commotion,
revolution, government regulations , Orders or acts of any government authority
directly or indirectly interfering with or rendering more burdensome the production or
delivery of the products ,Floods, Fires, Delays due to transporter's strike and any other
circumstances or event beyond SELLER'S control

3. PERMITS

SELLER shall not be responsible or liable for the obtaining of permits to erect or install
any product

4. INSPECTION OF PRODUCT

BUYER agrees to inspect upon arrival of all articles shipped. Claims for shortage or
defective material, If not packaged, must be made in writing to HIRAFAB sales office
within five days after the receipt of the shipment, and if packaged within 30 days after
receipt of shipment ABS shall have a reasonable time to investigate all claims made by
BUYER. Any claims for shortages or defects made after the above periods shall be
refused and finally dismissed.

5. ERECTION DRAWINGS

The SELLER will furnish the BUYER with all standard erection drawings required for the
erection of the buildings. The SELLER will also furnish the BUYER with anchor bolts
setting plans and column base reactions.

6. CHANGES IN SPECIFICATION

SELLER reserves the right to modify the design of his standard building and to
substitute material equal to that originally specified (In order to permit incorporation of
changes and improvements, in the continued development of SELLER'S product)

7. CANCELLATIONS

BUYER CANNOT cancels orders without first reaching an Agreement in writing with
SELLER covering the all damages. If cancellations or modifications are agreed to by
SELLER, BUYER agrees to pay all engineering and other expenses, Incurred by SELLER
and in any case not less than 5% of the agreement price in case of cancellations.

8. PRODUCTION RELEASE

That portion of the ordered quantity, that is not shipped within two months from the
date of contract / Purchase order due to delay in payments or civil work, will be subject
to price increase.

9. WARRANTY

HIRAFAB products are warranted against any failure due to defective material or
workmanship for a period of 3 months.

10. SHIPMENT

That portion of the this order which is not shipped within four months from the date of
purchase order / Date of contract will be subject to price increase unless a longer
delivery period is mutually agreed by SELLER and BUYER.

11. EXCLUSIONS

SELLER supply does not include any material or labor in connection with foundations,
concrete, setting of anchor bolts, grouting under columns or in recess around bottom of
wall sheets, electrical installations, heating, masonry, interior finishing, partitions, glass
and glazing, or any item not shown in ABS approval drawing, unless specifically
mentioned in this agreement

12. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

It is further understood that this agreement is the only agreement express or implied,
either verbal or in writing, in connection with this sale.

13. GOVERNING LAWS:

This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and under
the laws of the Government of India. Both parties agree that in any case of any
difference or dispute between the SELLER and the BUYER will be resolved by
Mutual discussions and agreement. However, unresolved issues, if any, will be settled

by arbitration as per the Indian arbitration and Conciliation act, and the venue of the
arbitration will be in Bangalore.
