4. Amendment to the contract to sell and the supplement to replace the manner of payment of the balance of purchase price in section 3.1.2 only. Except as to the
manner of payment stated above, all other statements in section 3.1.2 of the supplement remains valid and subsisting.
5. By conforming to this restructured terms, the buyer understands that he/she is availing his/her right under Maceda Law. (For default accounts only)
