Dear Sir, With reference to your quotation and discussions you had with us, we are pleased to issue this work order for Plumbing works as mentioned in annexure enclosed, at our Property Construction project, Narsingi Village, Rajendarnagar Mandal Hyderabad as per the following Specifications, terms and conditions. 01. SCOPE OF WORK: PLUMBING Scope of work includes Supply, installation, testing and commissioning as per detailed drawings, specifications, as per relevant local laws (Municipal / any other concered authorities as the case may be), approval of the listed items from our site officials and as per the Schedule of quantities, list of recommended / approved makes and as per the enclosed Bill of Quantities at our above site as per the detailed scope of work are as enclosed herewith. Work includes the following in all Flats, Toilets and Common areas + Intoilets wall chasing / chipping, piping (CPVC and uPVC), Traps fixing and testing and alter or realign the existing holes where ever necessary For Air conditioners drain lines: Wall chasing, piping and testing. In Ducts: Brackets fixing and all pipes and valves fixing and testing as per drawing and as. and where required by the Employer /Engineer / in-charge, * Balcony / Sit-out and common area / corridor: Brackets fixing, hole making and waste water /rain water piping with or without traps, gratings and testing. (Aa Associate Company of NCC Urban Infrastructure Ltd.) $3. QUANTITIES: The quantities given in the annexure are approximate and may be inereased, decreased (225%) or deleted at any stage of work. Any such variations shall not attract any rate revision and the rates shall be firm for actual quantities executed. You shall complete the work in all respects by providing the unspecified minor items not mentioned in the order but required for completing the item / project. For any major extra items, compensation can be considered on mutually agreed rates. The quantities certified by our site in charge are final. 04 DUTIES & TAXES: The rates & value mentioned in the order is inclusive of all applicable Duties (WCT, Service Tax, VAT etc.), Government levies & other incidental expenses and no extra amount will pay against order value. However the prices mentioned in the enclosed Bill of Quantities de Rates are inclusive of all minor civil works, loading & Unloading, freight and insurance charges. 98. ORDER VALUE: Value of work towards Labor cost is Rs 31,53.500/- and Material cost is Rs 99.10.744/..Total Value of this Order including cost of labor and material is: R.1, 30,64.244/, {in Rupees One Crore Thitty Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Fory Four Only). 96. DEDUCTIONS: TDS and Other applicable taxes shall be deducted from your bills and we shall issue necessary certificate at the end of the financial year. If PAN reference no. is not Provided, payment will be withheld until PAN reference is provided. In such a case, TDS Certificate will also not be issued. (7. PRICE ESCALATION: The Value mentioned in the Annexure is FIRM till completion of Order and no price escalation is allowed under any circumstances. Any increase / decrease in the quantities shall be executed as per our requirement and we will pay only schedule item rate only, 08. GUARANTEE: The entire scope of work should be guaranteed for @ minimum period of 12 months against all manufacturing / performance defects from the date of commissioning. In case of any defects found during the Guarantee period, the same shall be rectified / replaced immediately to the satisfaction of ourselves at no extra cost. 99. WORK COMPLETION: Entire work shall be completed strictly within the specified time and as per Schedules from handing-over the work front, You shall submit the Work schedule to our Engineer in charge and strictly adhere to the same. The entire work shall be carried out to the satisfaction of our site officials. You should mobilize additional manpower if required at any time to keep the time schedule of the project as required / instructed by our site in-charge. In case of failure in meeting construction schedule, the work will be executed by us OR by engaging other agency, at your cost. 40. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The work should be completed in all respects by the above- stipulated period and as per the schedules given by us and as per the instructions given by Engineer In charge. In case of delay from your end for any reason whatsoever, we will have the right to cancel the order without prejudice to any other rights and make an altemate arrangement at the risk and cost of you and/ or to accept the execution of work with delay. In case of any delay we have Fight to impose liquidated damages @1% of ordered value per week of delay or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10% of the contract value, 2 fa Page 2 of 15 gy FaNCC VARAPRADHA REAL ESTATES PVT, LTD. ciel (An Associate Company of NCC Urban Infrastructure Ltd.) 11, SUPERVISION: @) Your work progress will be reviewed every week by our site officials during whom your authorized representative shall be available, b) You will have to deploy the necessary workforce including the qualified and technically suitable Supervisors, as required by us to execute work, ©) You have to work in perfect co-ordination with other agencies working for the said project and shall avoid any possible damage / disturbance to the neighboring equipment / appliances. 4) You have to maintain the quality as per the prescribed norms provided in code of Practices and also you have to follow the best construction practices at site. ¢) Items of work provided in this schedule but not covered in the specifications shall be executed strictly as per instructions of the engineer. £) The Contractor shall deploy competent, qualified full time Supervisor (Supervisor should be at least an experienced & skilled diploma engineer) to execute complete pluming works in accordance with drawings and specifications. The Supervisor shall be available at all times in the site to receive instructions from Enginecr-in-charge / Consultant in the day-to-day activities, throughout duration of the contract. 8) You shall deploy required numbers of licensed plumbers and skilled workers at site for execution of the works. ‘h) You shall not engage any worker/ labour below the age of 18 years and you shall comply with all the requirements as per prevalent laws. 12. INSPECTION & TEST PLAN: All the materials, items and equipments should be as per the approved list of makes and you should furnish the requisite Test Certificates for the same. Samples required for approval, testing must be supplied sufficiently in advance to allow for testing, and approval, duc allowance being made for the fact that if the first samples are rejected further samples may be required. Delay to the Works arising from the late submission of samples will not acceptable asa reason for delay in completion of the Works. Alll the materials shall be tested at any approved laboratory at your cost only, if required. You have to submit necessary catalogues with samples of various items being used for approval by our site officials before commencement of the work. Any materials that heve not been found to conform to the specifications will be rejected forth with and shall be removed from any site by the Contractor at his own cost. 13). DRAWINGS. SPECIFICATIONS & QUALITY: 8) You have to liaise with consultants for preparation of drawings and approval from concerned authorities and with other agencies, as per our site official’s guidance.
