Health and Safety Guidelines

1. Accepting of customers is thru Facebook and SMS booking only, no walk-ins.


2. Customers are required to bring 1 valid ID with exact Birth Date
3. Customers are required to use face mask. NO FACE MASK, NO ENTRY POLICY.
4. Regular haircut rate will be increased to Php 300. This is to support the shop’s compliance with strict government
protocols and sanitization procedures to ensure safety of our customers and staff.
5. Please arrive on the allotted and reserved time for you, we prefer 10 mins before your call time.
6. Temporary operating hours is 8:00am to 6:00pm. Customer slot will be assigned every hour. This is for the 40
mins haircut + 20 mins sanitation of barber’s area and equipment.
7. Barbershop will be open daily.
8. Customers who fail to show up will have to wait for the next available slot.
9. Customers will have to fill out the Health and Safety Questionnaire before they can avail of the haircut.
Customers who fail or refuse to fill out the questionnaire will be denied entry of the Barbershop.
10. For the meantime, Red Chair barbershop will STRICTLY offer haircut services only (no hot towel, no massage)
11. Products such as Pomades, beard growers, perfumes and Human Nature products are still available.
12. Customers with temperature 37.5C and above will be denied entry.
13. Customers are not allowed to have a companion. Only customers with confirmed bookings are allowed to enter
the shop.
14. Minors 17 years old below will not be allowed inside the shop as per government ordinance
15. The lounge area will temporarily be closed. Customers who will arrive earlier than their assigned timeslot will have
to stay in the assigned waiting area.
16. Red Chair barbershop will follow a traffic flow procedure (main door as entrance, side door as exit) to avoid
physical contact between customers.
17. Customers are required to use the disinfecting foot mat upon entry.
18. Customers are required to put their belongings (bag, gadgets, umbrella) in a plastic bag provided by the
barbershop.
19. Customers are discouraged to use gadgets and receive phone calls during haircut, unless during emergency
cases.
20. For everyone’s safety, drinks (water, coffee, iced tea) will not be served.
21. Customers will not be allowed to use the restroom.
22. Customers are encouraged to give the exact amount to avoid physical contact.
23. Drop barbers’ tip to the containers provided for every barber.
24. Loyalty cards and loyalty points will not be available for the meantime.
25. Social distancing shall be observed at all times

The above-mentioned guidelines are in accordance with the DTI guidelines and RA 11469, Bayanihan to Heal as One
Act, to provide truthful information.
