TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Vendors are allowed to enter the school premises during the schedule time:
before 8:00am, in between 12:30-1:30, and after 4:30.
2. Vendors should provide a hygienic and healthier food choices as specified in the DepEd Order
No. 13, s. 2017.
3. No use of plastic cups, paper cups, and disposable paper saucer as stated in Anti-Littering
Ordinance.
4. Proper attire in selling goods:
a. Sleeveless/sando is not permitted to wear.
b. Apron and hair cover is required.
5. Vendors should provide a food glass cabinet.
6. Vendors should sign on the log sheet at the guard house in coming in and going out of the
campus.
7. Two vendors are allowed in every stall.
8. Only 1 stall is admissible for every vendor.
9. Cleanliness should be observed in the area.
10. Chair or bench in front the stall is not allowed.
11. In case the vendor cannot operate business in :
a. One week – two weeks – secure an explanation letter with valid reason.
b. One month or more – stall is given to the next vendor applicant.
12. Wearing of ID or name tag is required.
13. Medical certificate is required.
14. Maintain harmonious relationship with other vendors.

Failure to meet the terms and conditions:

a. Vendors will be reprimanded by the board.


b. Suspension in 3 days – 5 days.
c. Expulsion.
