currently employed as Commis 1 with Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment,

at New Seaside Drive, Entertainment City, Brgy. Tambo, Parañaque City.

In accordance with the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community

Quarantine in the Philippines issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force on 15 May
2020, Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc. has been allowed to operate and
Mr. Diamante is part of its skeletal workforce and is an authorized person outside
residence.

Please allow the safe transit of the abovementioned team member to and from his
place of work.

 REMINDERS / INSTRUCTIONS

Before Testing

• Stay at home for self-quarantine and avoid close interactions with other people.
• Regularly monitor Covid-like symptoms and immediately report this to HR in case you
experience any of these symptoms.
• Pack your personal belongings enough for at least one month. Include all your toiletries
such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and others as these will not be available at
the property.
• You will be advised of the designated pick-up points where you can board our shuttle bus.
If you have a vehicle, park at the employees’ parking area then walk towards the
Employee’s Entrance area.
• Always bring your Company ID and Certificate of Employment.
• Always wear a face mask, sanitize and wash your hands frequently.

During Testing

• Have your vital signs checked. Answer all questions about your health openly, honestly
and accurately.
• Proceed to the designated Waiting Area near the Employee’s Entrance and wait for further
instructions.
• Practice social distancing and avoid close interaction with other colleagues.
• Wear a face mask all the time.
• Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently.

After Testing

• If tested Negative, make sure your luggage has been sanitized before picking it up and
then proceed to the hotel lobby for check-in.
• If tested Positive, you will be advised by the Emergency Response Team to return home for
self-quarantine. If Covid-like symptoms occur, have an RT-PCR testing conducted through
your Baranggay Health Center or other accredited medical facility.
• Observe confidentiality of the business activities inside the property. Posting in social
media or sharing photos, stories and information about the activities inside the property is
strictly prohibited.
• Upon check-in, you will be billeted in a hotel room for quarantine. During this time, your
meals will be delivered to you.
• After the quarantine period, your accommodation type may change and you may be
transferred to another sleeping quarter together with other team members.
• If Covid-like symptoms occur, immediately report this to the Clinic, HR Concierge or
Emergency Response Team.
• Accomplish your Daily Health Check form and submit this to the HR Concierge every day.
• Strictly comply with all safety protocols, House Rules, Code of Discipline and company
policies.
• Be mindful, sensitive and respectful to other team members and individuals in the
property.
