TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
INTRODUCTION

 Minebea Mitsumi Inc. A Japanese – Filipino Company that deals with the manufacture of electric
components and electromechanical solutions provider.
 Recognizes the status of every employees at its most valuable resource.
 Is one of many companies worldwide that promotes workforce diversity in which an employee can
maximize their talents, regardless of gender ,age, nationality or disability.
 Promotes active roles for women. On march 2016, the company formulated an action plan in which female
employees can perform at high levels.
 Is an electronic devices supplier all over the world the most common products are the camera of android
phones/smart phones like IPhone ,Samsung, Q net ,Huawei ,Sony and many more.
TRAINING OF THE EMPLOYEES
 Test the capacity of the eyes or vision capacity , the trainee will undergo eye testing to evaluate their
visual capacity.
 The trainees will undergo medical examination like X-ray ,urinalysis , CBC, and many more.
 Trainees must undergo 1 week orientation, about rules and regulation, Environmental management
system, evacuation lay out
 Test the trainee’s strength to stand , its is one of the trainee’s preparation when he/she will be
deployed to the production area.
 Test the knowledge of the trainee to use electronic equipment such as microscope and machines
such as solder paste machines, wire machines and many more.
 Awareness training about the does and don'ts inside the production area.
PRODUCTION AREA
 Process Training
-Following working standard

-operator will be trained by Trainor how to do the process and ensure that the
operator can do the process within the standard tact time.
 Process Certification
-Operator must pass the actual and written exam to ensure that the operator can
assemble parts correctly before she will be assigned to the line.

 Awareness training about the does and don'ts inside the production area.
DOES (thing’s that the employee needs to do)

 The hair (for women) must be properly tied upon entering the production area.
 Always wear foot sacks inside the building
 Aside from the company uniform, always wear extra sleeve or inner shirt.
 Always swipe in the company ID to avoid conflicts of the payroll.
DON’TS (thing that are not allowed inside the company )
 All kinds of cosmetic products
 All kinds of jewelries
 Cellphones , Charger, Earphones, and other Gadget parts
 Manicured nails
 Eye to eye contact between men and women especially the Japanese personnel's.

 Awareness of the absence of the employees , sick leave ,vacation leave ,maternity leave and
paternity leave.
 Sick leave – 3 days with medical records from the company physician.
 Vacation leave – 3 days with approval of the section supervisor.
 Maternity leave – 1 month with records from the hospital or lying inn. (with benefits to be claim)
 Paternity leave – 1 week with records from the hospital or lying inn. (with benefits to be claim)
 Company machines are all censured . There is no switch on/off . All employees must know this
machines to avoid unnecessary happenings. Must of the accidents happened in the production area
are the urgentness of the workers. Only the engineers, technicians and other certified operators can
touch the machines.
HOLIDAYS :
LEGAL HOLIDAY – DOUBLE PAY

 ENHANCEMENT / DEVELPOMENT
 Speed improvement, speed is very important in every employee to achieve the target output.
 Minimizing the no good or the rejected parts (Assy)
 Maximum of three (3) rejects only in every duty.
