Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that the goods I bought from your website have not
been supplied correctly. Last month, I visited your website and had bought a
Samsung A20 smartphone. My bill number is HK277 and the date of purchase is
28th March 2020.

After a month of use, it developed a few serious fault. The phone cannot be
charged and the battery drains so fast from 80% to 35% within 20 minutes.
Moreover, I was unable to use it properly because the touch screen did not work
properly.

I am returning the phone to you with this letter. Please replace the phone as soon as
possible or free service for the same.
