and Administ ering Cisco Solut ions

C ours e C od e: C C NA v1.0

Duration: 5 Days

Prereq uis ite:

T he knowledge and skills that a learner must have before attending this course are as follows:

Basic computer literacy

Basic PC operating system navigation skills
Basic Internet usage skills
Basic IP address knowledge

C ours e Des cription:

T he Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA) v1.0 course gives you a broad range of
fundamental knowledge for all IT careers. T hrough a combination of lecture and hands-on labs, you will
learn how to install, operate, configure, and verify basic IPv4 and IPv6 networks. T he course covers
configuring network components such as switches, routers, and wireless LAN controllers; managing
network devices; and identifying basic security threats. T he course also gives you a foundation in network
programmability, automation, and software-defined networking.

C ertification:

T his course helps you prepare to take the 200-301 Cisco® Certified Network Associate (CCNA®) exam. By
passing this one exam, you earn CCNA certification. The 20 0 -30 1 C C NA exam g oes live on February
24 , 20 20 .

Intend ed Aud ience:

Individuals seeking the Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification. T he course is also appropriate for
pre-sales and post-sales network engineers involved in the installation and support of enterprise branch
office networks.
