Invoicing
For each order, we direct deposit to your bank account upfront for the full
cost of the order, as well as reimbursement for freight if applicable, minus
any commission. Payment is automatically triggered upon receiving shipping
details—you do not need to invoice us for orders.

Faire offers two payout options: ACH Next Day and ACH Net 30. If you
choose Next Day, there is a 3% processing fee. If you choose Net 30 payout,
there is no associated fee. You will select whichever option is preferred
when you receive a first order from a retailer, but we are able to adjust that
schedule at any time.
Backordered items
Upon first order, we will prompt you to add an account number, routing
number, and EIN. You can update your banking information at any time If you receive an order with any items that are out of stock or backordered,
under Account Settings in your portal. You are able to export a .CSV of select “Edit Item Availability” to list the item as unavailable, and note
payouts from the Orders page at any time. when it will be back in stock. You will then be prompted to ship what is in
stock, and we will email the ordering retailer to let them know of
any unavailable items. The retailer can then decide if they would still like
those remaining items or prefer a partial refund.

If the ordering retailer accepts the backordered items, we will remind you
to ship those backordered items on a separate order. Once you mark
that an item is backordered, your page will reflect this update to other
retailers shopping your storefront.

Faire offers our own public set of APIs. We’ve also partnered
with a few developers who have pre-built integration solutions
using those same APIs, depending on your needs.

When you set up an integration, you’ll still receive an email

all orders automatically to your backend system, or you can
