of opposotion, GoM dated 09.08.2021 regarding cancellation of proposed flyover on NH-361

passing through Ausa city and instead bypass to Ausa town shall be provided.

It is requested to go through the content and check feasibility of demand made of

Hon'ble Leader of Opposition in light of available ROW, LA process and contract provision.

Dear Sir,

My office has received a request from Shri Abhimanyu Pawar, Member of legislative assembly
ausa Latur, Maharashtra,wherein he prayed for your good self requesting to cancel proposed
flyover bridge in Ausa Gty on Nagpur - Tuljapur - Ausa National Highway (361) and to sanction
2 bpass roadsforAusa Gty.

As per his representation,Nagpur - Ausa - Tuljapur national highway (361) and Devgaonfata -
Ausa - Omerga national higfiway {5488} passes through ausa city by a common road. ln recent
years, business ecosystem is developed on both the sides of this Road . In a way, livelihood of
hundreds of peopfe from Ausa City is dependent on the common road of nationat highways 361
& 5488 passing througtr Ausa city. Widening {4 Lanes) of Latur - Ausa {national highway 361} is
in progress and as a part of this on-going work, flyover bridge is proposed in Ausa city. people
from city are afraid of possible negative impact on daily earnings of hundreds of road side
businesses due to proposed ftyover bridge in city.
