确认参与操作人员安全，包括确认操作空间，操作方法，人员警示等
1 Confirm the safety of participating operators, including confirmation of
operating space, operation method, personnel warning, etc

2 启动发动机，怠速运行约90秒
Start the engine and run idle for about 90 seconds

3 将发动机转速提高到1300rpm，运行3min
准备工作 Increase the engine speed to 1300rpm and run for 3min
Preparation

将发动机转速提高到1800rpm，运行发动机直到冷却液温度60℃，液压油
温度&变矩器油温度40℃，转入步骤5
4 Increase engine speed to 1800rpm, run engine until coolant temperature is 60
° C, hydraulic oil temperature & torque converter oil temperature is 40 ° C,
and then transfer to Step 5

5 发动机回怠速，松手刹
Run engine back to idle, release hand brake

6 将铲斗举升到极限位置，松开手柄
Lift bucket to limit position and release handle

7 踩住刹车
Stepping on the brakes

8 挂2档
Shift into second gear

快速柔和的踩油门到100%，并保持住。

Step on the accelerator to 100% quickly and gently，and hold it.

继续憋铲斗，踩住刹车和油门，保持10min
10 Continue to hold the bucket and press on the brake and accelerator for 10
minutes

1.如液压油温度&变矩器油温度未报警，继续步骤10；

2.If hydraulic oil temperature & torque converter oil temperature alarm,
follow steps 12~15 below

12 挂空挡

松刹车，拉手刹，怠速运行，直到退出高温报警
15 Loosen the brake, pull the handbrake, and run at idle speed until the high
temperature alarm is exited

重复步骤5~11。
Repeat steps 5 ~ 11.
观察发动机冷却液温度，如冷却液温度达到82℃（节温器开启温度），开
16 始计时，使发动机累计高负荷运行时间超过20min。
Observe the coolant temperature of the engine. If the coolant temperature
reaches 82℃ (the opening temperature of the thermostat), start the timing,
so that the accumulated high-load running time of the engine can exceed
20min.

17 执行步骤12~15，结束发动机加载，回怠速
Perform steps 12 ~ 15 to end engine loading and return to idle
