allocated, since expenditure of each month varies . All the 3 peoples I have
interviewed faces the same issues, except for the fixed expenses like rent /
mortgage other’s likes food, entertainment, cloths and travelling cost …etc varies
from time to time and it is very difficult to pre determine its expenses

2.Unexpected or emergency expenses :- expenses such as medical expenses , car


breakdown , home repairs , unexpected traveling and accidents etc.. are
unpredictable and are quite huge1.2subtitle 3 ways in which the family adjust in the
expenses when there is a fall in the income
1.Cut down in dining in posh restaurants: - A huge amount of money can be saved if
one cut down the number of time, he / she dines in as overpriced restaurants. when
compared the ratio of price for cooking in home and dining in posh restaurants is
1:6 and the other add on cost like travelling and tips etc ..

2. Eliminating trips and outing: - when there is fall in income and excessive 2 out of 3
families cut out their holiday trips in order the balance off the budget. This saves a
lot of money

3.First preference to the necessaries: - when the budget if tight the money is spent
in a way that the essentials such as food, cloth and medical are given the first
preference and if there is any excess then the rest can be purchased
