To ensure health and safety within school premises, the following precautionary measures
have been observed:

 Prepared physical facility of the school


 Provision of handwashing area
 Posted signages of safety reminders following the health standard and protocol of
IATF and DOH
 Procured safety and hygiene supplies and materials such as thermal scanner, stand-
alone handwashing, stand alone alcohol dispenser, hand sanitizer, face masks, face
shield and medicinal kits
 Strictly followed the health standard and protocols of IATF and DOH for safety of
school personnel, visitors, parents and other stakeholders

During the entire school year, no school personnel has been infected by Covid-19 virus nor
quarantined. (mam queen pakiedit and elaborate na lang nito) To date, 3 school personnel have been
vaccinated while others are still waiting for the schedule.
To assure successful curriculum implementation amidst the threat of COVID-19, the
following teaching and learning resources/development have been implemented:

 Identified the Most Essential Learning Competencies in all subject areas


 Downloaded Self-Learning Modules through links suggested by the Central Office and SDO
 Crafted Modified Self-Learning Module in case there is no downloadable SLM available
 Capacitated teachers in handling the appropriate learning modalities through attending
webinars, conduct of INSET and LAC with topics relevant to development of instructional
materials
 Proper communication with parents regarding the distribution and retrieval of modules
