Please find the attachment property valuation report of Land & Building based on the
present market value which is to be mortgaged to office by the client Mr. Bishwajit Khawas
located at Tilottama Municipality-15 (Old Madhauliya, Ward No. 3), Rupandehi. The plot number
of the land is 3-Ka/ 1085. This report has been prepared by site inspection, verification &
measurement of the property. The information furnished in this report true and correct to the best of
