The Building permission is sanctioned subject to following conditions:

1. The Permission granted will be revoked at later stage, if it is found that the documents or information are false
and fabricated.
2. Approved Plan shall be followed strictly while making the construction. Copy of the approved plan shall be
displayed at the site in the case of high rise buildings.
3. Notice regarding the intention to start work shall be submitted by the applicant before commencement of
the building.
4. Completion Certificate shall be submitted by the owner as well as the licensee after completion of the building.
5. Occupancy Certificate is compulsory before occupying any building.
6. Prior Approval shall be obtained separately for any modification in the construction.
7. Tot-lot/recreational open space shall be fenced and shall be maintained as greenery at owners cost before issue
of occupancy certificate.
8. Rain Water Harvesting facilities shall be provided as per the prevailing building rules.
9. Space for Transformer shall be provided in the site keeping the safety of the residents in view in the case of
plot subdivisions.
10.Special provisions as per rules shall be made for in-situ liquid waste management treatment plant and
for recycling and reusing of waste water generated out of the use of water in the building.
11.Areas approved for parking in the plan should be used exclusively for parking of vehicles and the same should
not be converted or misused for any other purpose.
12.Stocking of Building Materials on footpath and road margin causing obstruction to free movement of public
& vehicles shall not be done, failing which permission is liable to be suspended.
13.This permission is given based on the inputs on pages, documents and drawings provided by Applicant.
Applicant shall confirm that the documents/ drawings submitted electronically or inputs by them are correct.
The final approval of permit is subjected to verification of reports and documents by concerned officials
including site visit report. Any deviation identified will lead to modification/rejection of the permit.
14. Distance from Electrical lines shall be followed as per rules.
15. Special provisions with respect to facilities for the persons with disabilities shall be provided as per rule 40A.
16. The Financial Agencies and Institutions shall extend loans facilities only to the permitted built up area
17. If Licensee / Structural Engineer is changed, the same shall be intimated to the Secretary.
18. As per the undertaking executed in terms of the prevailing building rules,
a) The construction shall be done by the owner, only in accordance with sanctioned plan under the
strict supervision of the Licensee, Structural Engineer and Site Engineer failing which the violations
are liable for demolition besides legal action.
b) The Owner, Builder, Licensee, Structural Engineer and Site Engineer are jointly and severely responsible
to carry out and complete the construction strictly in accordance with sanctioned plan
c) The Owner, Builder, Licensee, Structural Engineer and Site Engineer are jointly and severely held
responsible for the Structural stability during the building construction and shall strictly adhere to
all the conditions.
d) Every owner shall take adequate safety precautions at all stages of construction or reconstruction or
addition or alteration or repair or removal of the various parts of the building for safeguarding the life
of workers and public against hazards consequent on any aspects of the work.
19. All Clearances / No Objection Certificates, along with Completion Plan, as stipulated in the prevailing
building rules shall be submitted for obtaining Occupancy Certificate.
20. NBC provisions with respect to Structural safety, Fire safety, Lighting and ventilation, Lifts etc. shall be
adhered to.
