    Re: Mr Alfred Billy

    I am writing to outline the health condition of Mr Alfred Billy, and that he requires ongoing
    observation owing to skin cancer.

    Mr Alfred Billy was admitted to the hospital on 21/03/2010 for further pathogical investigation that is
    skin biopsy, to which later Panadein forte was given to relief pain and didnt show any complication
    related to the biopsy.

    Mr Billy was alcholoic since 30 years alongwith cigarette smoking. He is a truck driver and socially
    lives with his wife.

    Kindly do daily assessment for Mr Alfred Billy and I advice to take the prescription for one more week.
