GENERAL
The DK’S AccuRay D5 is a high-performance X-ray High voltage generator. It has greatly improved operability
and safety with the use of computers and provides a low-ripple output with high X-ray quantum efficiency
through a high-frequency inverter system.

FEATURES
(1) Inverter system

Microprocessor-controlled, high frequency inverter system creates very low ripple kV waveform with
high X-ray quantum efficiency, which reduced unwanted X-ray

(2) Easy-to-read display

LED display digital read-out is convenient to operate the system in a dark operation room.

(3) Error check program enables fast fault detection

(4) APR techniques may be modified by the operator

(5) User-friendly operation console and data display

(5) Exposure parameter setting

- 2-control system(kV, mAs)

When 2-control(kV, mAs) setting is selected, possible shorted exposure time and maximum tube
current are automatically set according to the allowable X-ray tube load.

- 3-control system(kV, mA, sec)

When 3-control(kV, mA, sec) setting is selected, each factor is set independently by manual
operation.

Each exposure factor is displayed in LED digital read-out and it can be adjusted by intuitive
switches very quicky as below:

- Up/Down –

mAs 1 position step tube current-time change
mA 1 position step tube current change
sec 1 position step exposure time change

(6) Advanced Anatomical Program:

Max. 672 programs (7 techniques X 32 programs X 3 patient size) can be defined by users.

(7) Focus selection:

Large or Small focus is changeable by automatic.

(8) Speed control

Intensifying screen sensitivity is selectable from L(low), M(middle) and H(high sensitivity)

(9) Indicator

LED indicator signs system status for “Ready”, “Exposure”, “Stand-by”, “Check” and “Error”

(10) Self-diagnostic functions

Once system detects error, error code message is automatically displayed on the LED main display and
FL sub-display.
