The test was initiated from radial and axial direction (diameter and longitudinal of shaft)

Ultrasonic attenuation due to some cases, its can be light hardfacing, grain direction /form changes
Changing material accoustic impedance or ultrasonic scaterring etc.
Need to further investigation to determine life time.
But the ultrasonic test does not indicate any relevant UT Indication, it is Accepted.
