Those who are managing radio or TV stations ought to become chaplains to their coverage area. Our goal
is not simply to get more listeners, but to evangelize and disciple people in our area. The managing of a
station is the means to an end, not the end itself. When you think that way, you will start thinking what
other tools I have to reach my goal. What is our core group and what can we do, as the radio or TV, to
attract that core group to love our station.

Who else in my coverage area is interested in the same things that I am. The best partnerships are those
which can help one another to achieve their goals they had already been called to. Not to build each
other’s kingdoms, but to build God’s kingdom.

Making money is not the goal, it is just the means to accomplishing your goal.

2. Your ministry will not expand beyond your own spiritual growth and development. Guard your
hearts and pursue your walk with Christ in order to continue being the chaplain in your area of
influence.

If your only tool to reach people was the Internet, how would you continue with your ministry? As a
steward of your radio station how can you use your 5 talents, 10 talents to spread the Gospel and invest
in the kingdom of God?
