It was agreed and decided:

Article1: Object of the contract

The purpose of this contract is for the purchase and delivery of cashew nuts by THIBAUT
DAKO to KATHIRAVAN EXPORT

Article 2: Product quality

Cashew nuts will have to meet the following qualities:
- Origin: Benin
- Harvest: 2021
- KOR: minimum 48
- Zero pebbles
- Zero rotten seeds
- Zero plant debris
- Impurity rate: less than 1%

Article 3: Price and place of delivery

THIBAUT DAKO will deliver cashew nuts to its store at ALLADA at a price of 350FCFA per
kilo.
The actual weight will be given to the weigh-in at the ALLADA store and rechecked when the
products are removed by KATHIRAVANEXPORT

Article 4: THIBAUT DAKO Bonds

- Deliver a minimum of 20 tonnes of cashew nuts each week
- Support the storage store
- Ensure good product quality
- Be responsible for products until the day of removal
- Ensure the product is reconciled, safe and dried
- Have a complete supplier file: delivery voucher, collection sheet, lot. All deliveries must
be accompanied by this traceability file.

Article 5: KATHIRAVANEXPORT Bonds

- Making the funds available
- Provide jute bags

Article 6: Payment
A payment of 20% of the 20 tonnes agreed per week will be made on the thibauT DAKO
account on the week and the balance i.e. the 80% after the actual report of the products at
the store.
The advance renewal of funds to THIBAUT DAKO will only take place after finding in its
store 100% of the amount expected for the previous week or 20 tons minimum.

Article 7: Length of contract

This contract will be valid from the date of signing until 31 May.

Article 8: Control
THIBAUT DAKO will be subject to periodic inventories, 48 hours after the remittance of the
funds for purchase. It may receive unannounced stock control visits by company
representatives(THAMILARAZU and M.SARAVANAN and/or other agents of the company
KATHIRAVANEXPORT which will be confirmed in advance to THIBAUT DAKO

Article 10: Litigation

In the event of a dispute, an out-of-court settlement will be preferred, otherwise the parties
will resort to the competent court in the Republic of Benin.
