2 All thicknesses specified on the Drawing are minimum after Forming & Machining. It's Manufacturer's responsibility to verify all thicknesses and quote
accordingly.
3 Weights & Loads are based on preliminary design. It is Manufacturer's responsibility to confirm weights & loads as per design thicknesses.
4 Nozzle projection measurement shall be taken from Equipment Center line to Flange Face when nozzle is located on Shell. For Nozzles on dishend/Flat,
the nozzle projection will be from TL to face of flange.
5 All Flanges Bolt Holes shall straddle to Equipment Principle axis lines unless otherwise specified.
6 All Tale Tell Holes & Vent Holes Shall Be 1/4" BSP.
Corrosion allowance for internal parts for welded internals should be equal to the equipment corrosion allowance but for removable internals, it should
7
be equal to half of the equipment corrosion allowance on each side of the exposed side.
8 Corrosion Allowance 1.5 mm to be considered for Anchor Bolts on Diameter.
9 All the removable internals required in the equipment shall be designed in such a way that they pass through the Manhole.
10 Tolerance on thickness shall be positive only.
11 All Dismantable parts to have appropriate lifting provision.
12 Lifting lug design shall be carried by considering dress-up condition of equipment.
