Thank you for your great hospitality , As discussed and agreed last week with
ADCO for each line we have moved the original partition walls between air blower
and filler and between capper and labeler.
In additional to that we have provided the access doors for the air blower to the
filler so please find attached the updated layout for both packaging lines.
the following is following conclusion to our call with ADCO and Mr. Khaled :
- For Format matrix ADCO will confirm /adjust the diameter and
height for each bottle as in the attached file
to confirm/adjust the combination bottles, dropper, screw caps and ROPP caps
as in the attached file
- In case we have to feed the existing tanks from the new CIP skid
ADCO will confirm the final position of all exiting tanks
- We confirm that the total height of all 4 x 2000 L tank is 2.444 mm
by using an inline shear mixer
- ADCO will share with us the question in written form regarding the
efficiency of the inline shear mixer
- ADCO confirmed that the cartoner and labeler are not scope of
supply any more
- On each line Syntegon will provide an inspection area after the
capping machine for two operators.
- ADCO will provide the format matrix and drawings for bottles,
dropper, caps, and labels.
