1. What do you think are the challenges on the implementation strategy


experienced and may be encountered by the organization?

First and foremost, in creating strategies it is not as easy as we think. Others


would say let’s do this or I want this to happen in our business, but it requires
experience and most especially knowledge on what specific strategy we are going to
use. With the first strategy stated in the discussion, the corporate level of strategy, the
question being asked is “What business are we in,? From that there are lots of things to
consider, first is what do you want and is it favorable to everybody. Does anyone like it?,
if not what other business type should we consider.
In some cases, these businesses run into problems because they are not
enhanced to something that is only about to start. To make this easy, the goals and
objectives should be clear and concise to many people especially to the business itself.
These goals sometimes are far from the imaginary line of the business dreams so, in
result it does not meet each other. Also some businesses are already making strategies
for the future that they do not have a certain hold on. To make it organized they should
first implement a strategy for the present because problems will of course arise today
that should be given a strategy. If the future comes, experiences from the present will
solve the problem.

2. In a scholarly discussion, justify the role of BOD in the running or operation of a


certain organization.

From what had been mentioned in the discussion, the Board of Directors are the
highest governing body in an organization, also they are the one who makes policy for
the betterment of their business. In fact, BOD does not only manage and organize the
important documents of the company but they also own shares, meaning they are also
considered to be one of the shareholders but since they were being elected, they have
the rightful act to make some changes and govern the business. Insiders as being
mentioned when divided are the highest among the three individuals concerning the
BOD. Usually they are experienced managers and/or CEO’s of the company or other
company. Related outsiders however are the one who do not cope up with day-to-day
activities but have the knowledge over the company's important papers, and the last
one is the outsiders, they do not have direct relationship inside the company or are not
concerned with day-to-day activities. In some cases they were the one who manages
one side of the company, a department to be exact.

3. Challenge yourself, how will you institute good governance in your would be
organization?

Good governance does not define many years of experience but the attitude of
oneself. It is about how you became a good human to other people who need proper
governance. I will discuss three important points if I will have my own business.
First, there should be a division of work. Unorganized work is the most
tremendous thing that an employee will do. He has no idea when and how to
start but if he has the organized work to do, no more energy lost from a
governing body. Second thing is to consider unity in the work. If someone excels
one should excel too. To be short, anyone must help the weak, and the weak
must seek help from someone stronger. And the last one to consider is a
Goal-oriented person. Some people only make their work for the purpose of
compliance, but not in making each work goal reach. If this is the case we only
work for nothing. Same each day and no changes towards better success.
