Baron Palaad with driver’s license number E04-17-000079, to transport the relevant legal documents
that are necessary to acquire for myself.

I hereby grant authorization to Mr. Gilbies John Baron Palaad to act and fulfill the necessary
obligations, on my behalf in the passport process.
