Krugersdorp TableTop Club Slow Grow Campaign 2021

FEBRUARY - MARCH
The slow grow will run from the 16th of February until the 21st of March. Anyone can join, it
just means you need to show up and play games at the club when you get a chance. There
is no charge to participate.
The aim of the slow-grow event is to encourage players, both new and old, to assemble,
paint and play with some new models and units in preparation for the 2000-point tournament
that will be held at the end of March. It is a friendly event aimed at growing the Age of
Sigmar player base and finishing armies.
The event is 6 weeks long, running from Sunday to Tuesday each week. Each week will
have an increase in points value of games (you’re welcome to play bigger or smaller games,
if your opponent agrees, but only games of the specified size will be eligible to count towards
the event’s ‘best-general’ result).
Basic Rules:

• Standard AoS 2nd edition rules.

• Play whatever missions you and your opponent agree to.
• You can play any other participants in the event to qualify for campaign points.
• There is no limit to the number of times you can play a given opponent.
• Event games should be played at the club if possible.
• Only fully assembled miniatures may be used (they do not necessarily have to be
painted – just assembled).
• Army lists (and even factions) may be changed as often as you want.
• Results slips will be available at the club, along with a box for entering them once
they are completed.
• The general with the highest amount of campaign points at the end of week 6 will be
declared the Best General!

Week 1 16/02 500 points, no list requirements

Week 2 21/02-23/02 750 points, minimum 2 battleline units, 1 character
Week 3 28/02-02/03 1000 points, minimum 2 battleline units, 1 character
Week 4 07/03-09/03 1250 points, minimum 2 battleline units, 1 character
Week 5 14/03-16/03 1500 points, minimum 3 battleline units, 2 characters
Week 6 21/03-23/03 1750 points, minimum 3 battleline units, 2 characters

Campaign points can be earned on a weekly basis as follows:

Compete in a battle! 1
Win a battle! 3
Battle with a fully painted army - minimum three colours and based. 3
(Can only earn these points once per week)
Battle took place on one of the realms of battle (Malign Sorcery/GHB 1
2020)
