The facility has government approval for the kind of production business we want to run and
the facility is easily accessible and we are deliberate about that because we want to facilitate
easy movement of raw materials (chemicals and packaging containers) and finished products
(skincare products).

Colecraft Beauty Inc. is in the cosmeceutical skincare production industry to produce standard
and effective skincare products such as anti-aging tropical treatment products, Sun care
products, Acne treatment products, Dry skin care products, lip care products and other skin

METHOD OF PRODUCTION

All our skin care products are produced industrially under approved conditions.

We have a full production plant based in the Accra Industrial Area which has been inspected
and certified Fit for Use by the Ghana Standards Board.

In addition to our industry approvals, we also have well trained Product Quality Management
Staff who run the various equipment efficiently and perform all laboratory test to standards for
quality products.

3.0 Market Analysis Summary

Cosmeceuticals is about the third largest commodity in the consumer market in Ghana. About
60% of these are exports from neighboring countries.
Colecraft Beauty Inc. seeks to gain at least 30% of the consumer market by the end of the
second year of operation. This share of the market will accrue to about 2 million dollars in sale
revenue by end of the third year.
Major market is made up of men and women of all ages as well as older people for the anti-
aging cream.
Women between the ages 18 to 55 and men between the ages of 18 and 55 form more than
58% of the market in both Accra and Kumasi.
