INTRODUCTION

Numbers 23:19 
"God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he
should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and
shall he not make it good?"

God is a speaking God and also a showing God; He speaks and He

shows his will, intents and purposes to His people from time to
time so they can cooperate with Him in His operations.

Anything God speaks must of a necessity come to Pass because His

Word proves the worth of His name. 

Psalms 138:2  
"I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy
lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above
all thy name."

THREE FORMS OF THE PROPHETIC WORD

RIGHT WORD
When the prophetic word operates within the dimension of the
logos of the Word of God, it comes as RIGHT WORDS.
The Right Words come to give you establishment and grounding. 

Job 6:25  
"How forcible are right words! but what doth your arguing reprove?"

Psalms 33:4  
"For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth."

Proverbs 25:11  
"A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver."

WORD IN SEASON
When the prophetic word operates within the dimension of the
rhema, it comes as SEASONAL WORDS.
Seasonal Words bring rest and comfort.

Proverbs 15:23  A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word
spoken in due season, how good is it!

Isaiah 50:4  The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I
should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he
wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the
learned.

Luke 1:20  And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until
the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not
my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.

SENT WORD
When the prophetic word operates within the dimension of the
pneuma, it comes as SENT WORD.
Sent Words bring deliverance and supply.

Psalms 107:20  
"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their
destructions."

Isaiah 9:8  
"The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel."

Isaiah 55:8-12  
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,
saith the LORD. 
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than
your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 
For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth
not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud,
that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return
unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall
prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. 
For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains
and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of
the field shall clap their hands."

CONTENDING FOR THE PROPHETIC WORD

Every prophetic word must be contended for because of three main

reasons:

1. There is an alternate and demonic will seeking

fulfilment because of the fall of the earth.

2. You dont control all the factors necessary for the

fulfillment of a prophetic word.

3. There are humans who do wish to see your rising and

joy.

Every prophetic word must be battled into fulfilment in what the

bible calls a good warfare.

1 Timothy 1:18  
"This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies
which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good
warfare;"

Good warfare means that you must learn to accurately engage the
factors of victory.

Psalms 144:1 
"Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and
my fingers to fight:"

SEVEN (7) FACTS IN ENFORCING PROPHETIC DECREES

1. Every prophetic decree requires a Faith Language.

2 Corinthians 4:13, 18   

"We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed,
and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which
are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things
which are not seen are eternal."

2. The engine of a prophetic decree is in the power of Covenant. 

2 Chronicles 34:31  
"And the king stood in his place, and made a covenant before the LORD,
to walk after the LORD, and to keep his commandments, and his
testimonies, and his statutes, with all his heart, and with all his soul, to
perform the words of the covenant which are written in this book."

Psalms 50:1-5 
"The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from
the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.  
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined. Our God shall
come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it
shall be very tempestuous round about him. 
He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may
judge his people. 
Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with
me by sacrifice."

3. The speed of a prophetic decree is determined by Consistent

Prayer. 

Colossians 4:2, 12
"Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always
labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and
complete in all the will of God."

4. The security of the Prophetic word is holiness of life and purity of

heart.

Isaiah 59:1-2  
"Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his
ear heavy, that it cannot hear: 
But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your
sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear."

5. Tokens of wickedness must be broken to allow some prophetic

decrees to stand.
Isaiah 44:24-26  
"Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the
womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the
heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; 
That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that
turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; 
That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of
his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to
the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places
thereof:"

6. Certain prophetic words have the opposition of triangular

powers (Power of the Sun, Moon and Stars). This is the highest
configuration of demonic power (witchcraft, water, earth, familiar
spirit, elemental forces and triangular powers).

Judges 5:19-21  
"The kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach
by the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money. 
They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against
Sisera.  
The river of Kishon swept them away, that ancient river, the river Kishon.
O my soul, thou hast trodden down strength."

Job 38:12  
"Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the
dayspring to know his place"

Job 38:33  
"Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion
thereof in the earth"

7. Every prophetic word requires the quadratic agencies of

fulfilment: angelic, human, natural and systemic.

Psalms 103:20  
"Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his
commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word"

Isaiah 59:16  
"And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no
intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his
righteousness, it sustained him."
Jeremiah 8:22  
"Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not
the health of the daughter of my people recovered?"

Isaiah 49:22  
"Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles,
and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in
their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders."
