Chicken Bruschetta Recipe

A delicious chicken bruschetta recipe to add some variety to your weekday meals.
With only a few ingredients, it's an easy start to the day.

Ingredients Steps to Cook

 Bread loof (3pcs) 1. Take capsicum and tomato and finely chop them
into thin pieces.
 Chopped Onion
(100 gm) 2. Grate 100 gm mozzarella cheese.

 Garlic Paste (1 tsp) 3. Then finely chop some onion into thin pieces.

 Chicken breast 4. Cut three slices from bread loaf and roast them
boneless (200 gm) on a pan.

 Tomato Paste (3tsp) 5. Heat some olive oil in a pan and add onion in it.

 Black Pepper (1/2tsp) 6. Add 1 tsp garlic paste in it and cook1 minute.

 Salt (1tsp) 7. Add boneless chicken in it and cook until golden


brown.
 Oregano (1tsp)
8. Then add tomato paste, lemon juice, oregano,
 Chili flakes (1tsp) black pepper, chilli flakes and salt in it and mix.
 Chopped tomatoes 9. Add half vegetables and some mozzarella cheese
(30 gm) in it and mix.
 Chopped Capsicum 10. Place this cooked mixture on toasted bread
(50 gm) pieces.

 Mozzarella Cheese 11. Add remaining vegetables on it and garnish with


grated mozzarella cheese and spring onion.

12. Serve it hot with your favorite sauces.
