Contractor – Agent Agreement

This Agreement, entered into by and between:

a duly licensed construction company with

Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) License No.
______________, with postal address at _________________________,
hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”;

and

______________________________, a Referrer, with postal address

at _________________________, hereinafter referred to as “Agent”;

(Contractor and Agent may collectively be herein referred to as “Parties”)

Witnesseth

That _________________________ is a duly licensed construction

company with PCAB License No. _______________ that was awarded a
Contract for the construction of solar street lights and evacuation centers
in the municipality of ____________________ in the province of
___________________, upon determination by the Procuring Entity,
_________________________ that the Contractor is the successful
Bidder and that its bid has been accepted in its Procurement of
Infrastructure Projects;

That the Agent has presented himself to be representative of the

Procuring Entity in looking for prospective bidders in its Procurement of
Infrastructure Projects;

That, for and in consideration of the Agent’s successful brokering of a

negotiated procurement between the Procuring Entity and the
“Contractor”, the latter has agreed to share with the former an
amount equivalent to ________________________ percent (%) out of
the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), net of applicable
government taxes;

That this Agreement shall be legally binding and enforceable upon the
parties concerned until this Agreement is rescinded or cancelled in
writing by the parties concerned;

That any and all legal disputes that may arise between the concerned
parties in this Agreement must be settled amicably. Otherwise, it shall be
judicially settled within the Court of _______________;
In consideration of the foregoing facts, this Agreement is executed and
