MONEY TRANSFER AGREEMENT

This Supplementary Agreement is executed on this day 30 day of August 2021, between
CCCC.LTD/RUPARELIA GROUP Inc. and AKANEDEVELOPMENTLAOSEZCO.LTD having it’s
registered office at HONGKAE Village XAYSETTHA DISTRICT VIENTIANE LAOS P D R, it’s chairman

Whereas the company has an existing Agreement with INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF
CHINA-BEIJING for effecting foreign remittances through TT/ ICBC EXPRESS POINT-TO-POINT
OUTWARD REMITTANCE as agreed dated 05.08.2021 and supplementary Agreement dated
30.08.2021 under the existing the company makes request on day to day basis giving full details
of the parties to whom the payment has to made in Lao, indicating purpose of such remittances
and whereas the issuing Bank issues TT/PAY ORDER in favor of the beneficiary,as per instruction
received from the local authorities of the Party A company by debiting the account of the
company and handover the copy receipt pay order/TT to Authorised representative of the
company for delivering to the beneficiary
Whereas,the company has Confirmed the transfer of SEVENTY SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and EIGHTY THREE CHINESE YUAN (RMB 76,254,58328) in favor
of beneficiary account (6005010000001238795: AKANEDEVELOPMENTLAOSEZCO.LTD :
INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA-VIENTIANE) of the foreign remittances at the
call of beneficiary.
Whereas, both the arrangements will be governed by terms and conditions contained herein and
the Agreement dated 05.08.2021 and supplementary Agreement dated 30.08.2021 replaced by
this agreement.
Now this agreement witness as under
1. Both companies has certified and provide beyond doubt the monies represented in this
agreement is of clean origin And in compliance with Anti Money Laundering act (AML).
2. After copy receipt and available funds of remittances amount (RMB)
Akanedevelopmentlaosezco can choose to convert this foreign currency into Laokip (local
currency exchange of beneficiary) and credit this RMB equivalent to the current account
of the company.
3. The charges such as commission, exchange, and out of pocket expenses will be settle pay
by the company Akanedevelopmentlaosezco.ltd amount One Hundred and Forty Five
United States Dollars (USD 145) and will be recovered after credit to the beneficiary
company account.
4. The company Akanedevelopmentlaosezco.ltd herein authorized to make withdraw of
amount THREE MILLION CHINESE YUAN (RMB) equivalent to Laokip for the purpose of
settlement of charges and debt including arrangements of both “PARTIES”
Representatives Lao P D R.
5. TT/ EXPRESS POINT-TO-POINT OUTWARD REMITTANCE; Plus out of pocket expenses/ any
charges imposed by Bank from time to time,if any . Party A” has agreed for the above
charges at the request of the company on assurance that the company will authorize the
number of transaction within and the party will pay in all remittances irrespective of any
mode of remittances. All other terms and conditions in the Agreement will remain
unchanged and will continue to be binding on the parties.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF the parties hereto have set their hands on the date, month,and year
mentioned herein.
