Ques 1. You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

Ans 1. The importance of teachers and gurus is well described in our Granths, Hollybooks and
Scriptures, I am very happy that I am doing an important job. We people are nation builders; and I
am proud of this.

Ques 2. Being the Dean of School of Management Studies, CT University, what is your philosophy of
leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

Ans 2. As per my previous exposure and researches democratic leadership style is best. Along with
this we should adopt transnormal leadership and try to be Charismatic. I always try to imbibe these
attributes in me.

Ques. 3 Being the of School of Management Studies, CT University, how do you strategize about the
key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

Ans 3. I believe, our stake holders are our marketers. If we continuously put our endeavours to care
and satisfy students, parents and society as a whole, the half task is done. Rest decisions can be
taken after analysing the environment and available resources.

Ques. 4 The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In
your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your school?

Ans 4. Indian education system is not new, Taxila and Nalanda universities was established in 8th
Century. At CT University, we have world class infrastructure, 24 years’ experience to provide
education. Along with this, we are always open to adopt new courses that can cater the demand of
Industry and Society. That is why students from different countries are studding in our business
School.

Ques. 5 How does the curriculum of School of Management Studies, CT University ensure the best
practice of industry?
Ans 5. While designing curriculum, the course and learning objectives should be clear.It’s very important
to include practical and practice of the theories. Along with this, students’ competency developmental
should be taken care.

Ques. 6 Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different
races or economic backgrounds?

Ans 6. Diverse teams are always innovative and productive. We at CT University encourage ‘Diversity
in our Campus’.

Ques. 7 What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students are?

Ans 6.My role is tomake a system that can provide knowledge, development and employability to
students and to provide safe, cordial and innovative environment to students, faculty and staff.

Ques. 8 What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

Ans 8. To be a world class university, where students feel proud to study and employees feel proud
to work.
Ques. 9 When you first came to of School of Management Studies, CT University, what was your
vision for the university? Has it evolved over time, and how far along in implementing that vision are
you?

Ans 9. We all agree and follow our University’s vision i.e ‘To be a leading contributor towards the
world having the best higher education system with transformative impact in research, innovation,
creativity and entrepreneurship.’

Ques. 10 What would you like people to know about your university they may not know?

Ans 10. There is no-match to our infrastructure, vision and involvement of higher management, care
for students, innovative approach for course designing and internationalisation. People should
experience it.

Ques. 11 What do you see as of School of Management Studies’s greatest strengths?

Ans 11. We are member of 24 years old CT Group of Educational Institutions. We have best state -of
-art world class infrastructure. Our focus is to conduct industry driven courses. We have best faculty
majority are PhD and experienced persons.

Ques. 12 What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and
for XYZ University specifically?

Ans 12. There is no big challenge to CT University. In present situation of COVID 19, what total world
is facing, same with us. But we are managing it very well.

Ques. 13 Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

Ans 13. The new Gen-Z is more attached to IT means, gadgets and google. They should make balance
of all this and never deviate from the focus, should respect their parents and be good citizen.

Ques. 14 What are some plans that you’re currently (or will be) designing for of School of
Management Studies, CT University’s international affairs and/or students?

Ans 14. We have good tie-ups with universities outside India and sufficient number of international
students. In the coming years, we are intended to multiply it.

Ques. 15 How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute/
university?

Ans 15. Our faculty members and students’ welfare department have direct-connect with students.
Continuous cultural, social, recreational and educational events decrease the gap. Our Happiness
Lab in the campus is an added advantage.
