A. Learning objectives
By the end of the class, students will be able to:
1. Mention the vocabulary in the song
2. Recite the vocabulary of the song correctly
3. Find the theme of the song
4. Find the meaning of the song correctly

1. Media: Video of the song "Count On Me" (Bruno Mars), projectors, laptop, and
speaker.

C. Learning Activity Steps

Stage Activity Description

Stage I. Information and Motivation 1. The teacher informs the material to be


studied, provides an overview of the
benefits of learning the material to be
studied, and conveys the objectives and
strategies of learning.
2. The teacher asks a question to the
students: Do you like listening to
music? What kind of music do you like
the most?
3. Before playing the song video, the
teacher asks a few questions first: Have
you heard the song before? What is the
title of the song? Who is the singer of
the song?
4. The teacher played a video of the song
titled "Count on Me" by Bruno Mars
and sing it together.

1. Students sing the song together to make


more understanding of the meaning of
the song.
2. The teacher allows students to discover
new vocabulary and ask questions and

the difficult vocabulary, theme, and
moral message.
2. The teacher gives homework by filling
Stage V. Feedback the blanks with the lyrics of the song
“Count on Me”.
3. The teacher discusses some of the
mistakes or difficulties that may be
encountered during the learning
process.
