A. WHAT GLOBAL ISSUES HAVE EMERGED BECAUSE OF MISCOMMUNICATION?

WHEN WE BORN IN THIS WORLD WE HAVE OUR OWN LANGUAGE TO USE FOR
CONNECTING TO OTHER PEOPLE AND ACCORDING TO THE VIDEO THAT I WATCHED GLOBAL ISSUE
HAVE EMERGED BACAUSE OF MISCOMMUNICATION BECAUSE WE OUR ALL PEOPLE AND WE OUR
OWN MISTAKES LIKE IN ABSENCE OF THIS ELEMENT, THIS FACT WOULD LEAD TO DIFFERENT
CONFLICT. WAR, CORRUPTION, DISCRIMINATION AND ALSO THE POVERTY.

B. HOW CAN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND LANGUAGE USE CONTRIBUTE TO THE

COMTRIBUTION TO THE CREATION OF A TRULY GLOBAL SOCIETY?

TODAY MANY PEOPLE SUFFER THEIR LIFE TO GO IN OTHER COUNTY TO WORK AND GIVE THEIR
CHILD OR THEIR FAMILY OF GOOD LIVING AND THEY USED TECHNOLOGY TO HAVING AN EASILY
COMMUN ICATION AND THROUGH TECHNOLOGIES OUR LIVES WILL BE EASY BECAUSE IT HELP US TO
COMMUNICATION IN AN EASILY WAY AND IT ALSO GIVE INFORMATION TO US FOR EVERY THING IN
THIS WORLD SO I THINKS IT IS A TRULY CONTRIBUTE OF GLOBAL SOCIETY.

A. HOW DO CITIZENS OF YOUR COUNTRY PERCIEVE FILIPINOS?

Filipinos are pleasers and they tend to keep their voices to themselves, they don't speak-up.
Which is a good trait but can be perceived as a negative trait too

B. HOW DO YOU THINK FILIPINOS PERCIEVE CITIZENS OF YOUR COUNTRY?

I think Filipinos are aware that we Australians are straight forward and not overly sensitive.

C. DESCIBE THE DIFFERENCES IN MANNERS OF SPEAKING.

Australians speak with slang spattered throughout their speech and they frequently shorten
words like arvo - afternoon, Uni - University.

D. WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT BEHAVIORS OF FILIPINOS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE OR NOT
USUALLY DONE IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY?
Personally, I do not have any experience of unacceptable behaviour of a Filipino but I heard a
rumor that they are usually late at work or events.

E. WHAT ARE SIMILARITIES OF FILIPINOS AND CITIZENS OF YOUR COUNTRY IN TERMS OF

BEHAVIOR ANF THINKING?
 I absolutely think that both Filipinos and Australians are family oriented people. They love
spending time with their families and look after their well-being.
F. WHAT WAS YOUR MOST DIFFICULT ADJUSTMENT STAYING IN THE PHILIPPONES?
Sorry I haven't visited Philippines yet. But I would love to. Maybe when everything's back to
normal.

G. HAVE YOU EVER EXPERIENCE DIFFICULTY IN TRANSACTING OR COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH

WITH FILIPINOS? IF YES, TELL YOUR GROUP ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE.

Not at all. Filipinos I met can communicate in English language very well and clear.

A. CHARACTERISTICS OF GLOBALIZATION:
The primary characteristics of Globalization are free trade liberalization, connectivity, economic
globalization, cultural globalization and political globalization.

B. ADVANTAGE OF GLOBALIZATION:
There’s a lot of advantage of globalization and the first of this is people can easily connect
through online communication where even your far away you can easily contact to
communicate your love once. The second is people can easily understand the norms and other
culture it also promotes the world peace by connecting people each other and others.

C. EFFECTS OF GLOBALIZATION IN LANGUAGE USE AND COMMUNICATION:

Due to the technologies and internet it easy to communicate and educate ourselves. Through
globalization communication is so easy today like you can easy to share information from
different country by using technologies. This has also contributed to the increase in speed of
transporting products. It also globalization can remove the cultural barriers and will become the
world as global village.
