Activity 1: Which aspect of Hinduism do you like the most? Please state your reason.

I am a Hindu. Arguably all the teachings in this Hindu religion I like. Among the things I like to
highlight here about Saucha. Every Hindu is instructed to always inherit the attitude of
cleanliness both mentally and physically. This means that they must always keep their behavior
and actions from becoming the conversation of others. They should also be polite and not
violate the principles of behavior that have been set by Hinduism. In fact, cleanliness is divided
into two types, namely physical and mental. Physical cleanliness means keeping one's body
clean both externally and internally. Internal hygiene can be obtained by practicing good health
laws and eating "sattvika" foods. Types of food that are healthy, mental strength, longevity, and
that are nutritious and contain nutrients. External hygiene means wearing clean clothes and
keeping the body clean. Next, cleanliness is not only his body, but also his mind and heart.
Mental cleanliness means being free from negative thoughts from lust, greed, anger, hatred,
pride, jealousy, and others. With a clean heart and mind then peace and tranquility and serenity
of life will be easily obtained.
