Storyteller : On Saturday evening, a man named Fatah Amin go to the bank

to withdraw some money.

Fatah Amin : ‘Thank goodness, today is pay day. I can’t wait to buy a new
phone today. H…, I wonder where to buy a branded smartphone
for a cheap price.

Fatah Amin : Hello Aaron, where are you? Are you busy right now?

Aaron Aziz : Hello Fatah, What’s up bro. I’m at gym. Yeah.. One.. Two..
Three..

Fatah Amin : Do you know where I can but a good smartphone for a cheap
price?

Aaron Aziz : A good smartphone for a cheap price? Hmm.. Just go to the
Bollywood Phone Shop on the Beach Road. You can get what you
want.

Fatah Amin : Oooo.. the phone shop on the Beach Rood? Ok, ok, i’ll be going

Storyteller : Half an hour later, Fatah Amin enters the phone shop.

Macha : “Hello brother, welcome to the Bollywood Phone Store.

month ago.

Fatah Amin : I need to go that store again, there is still a warranty.

Storyteller : (Half an hour later, Fatah Amin arrives at the Bollywood Phone
Store)

Fatah Amin : Hello, Macha, do you still remember me?

Macha : Hello sir, welcome to the Bollywood Phone Store. Sorry sir, I

Fatah Amin : This is the phone that I bought 6 months ago. You said, this
phone is all-new, why the phone can’t be turned on?

Macha : Really? Can I see it first?

Macha : “Unfortunately, your phone is broken. Do you have a warranty

card?

Fatah Amin : This is the warranty card, how long will it takes?

Macha : Sir, I’m sorry, the warranty card is already expired last year. If
you still want to repair, you will be charged.

warranty?

Madam Kajol : Sir, you said you bought this iphone 6 months ago, right? But
this warranty card is alredy expired. The due date 2 Oktober
2018.

Fatah Amin : I bought it here with your staff. He gave me that day. It cost RM
699.90

Madam Kajol : Ok, don’t worry sir. Can I get the phone purchase receipt?

Fatah Amin : I have the receipt. Here it is.

Madam Kajol : Oh right, you bought it six months ago. I’m sorry, maybe my
staff wrote this warranty date incorrectly. I’m really sorry.

customer is not wrong but you careless. You mistyped the year
on this warranty card.

Bollywood Phone Store. The staff told him that his phone has
been fixed. The, Fatah Amin went to the store to get his phone
