Activity 1: Which aspect of Hinduism do you like the most? Please state your reason.

The thing that I like in the teachings of Hinduism even if not a believer is Aparigraha which
means not greedy or greedy. Hindus are always encouraged not to inherit greed. This means
that each individual must be modest in spending their expenses. In fact, believers are also not
against more luxurious goods and faithfully want to get more possessions. Hinduism worries
that its followers will commit bad deeds to satisfy their greedy attitude. Furthermore, a person
who is greedy for property is willing to commit acts such as stealing, robbing and so on to get
more wealth. Therefore, human beings should live modestly and not be greedy in order to
obtain happiness, instead they will feel sad and tormented if they are always greedy and
materialistic. Therefore, each individual must live within his means only. Moreover, a greedy
person is one who desires wealth without devoting due effort and value. For example, robbers
who do not give value to society but want to seek wealth by committing crimes are greedy
people. A beggar who can work but wants to make money easily without giving value to society
is a greedy person.
