During this large scale outbreak of corona virus infectious disease, the personality of an
individual plays an important role as he/she tries to understand the situation and how to live with
threats of this unseen deadly enemy.

For me, phlegmatic body fluid most like suits me. People who have phlegmatic body
fluid are calm, careful, considerate and reliable. Staying calm in critical situations like this
corona virus infectious disease, this will help us or allow us to thinks logically and decide what is
the best thing to do for us to be prepared if ever there would be severe transmission in our
surroundings. During the pandemic, being considerate to others can give them a sense of relief
especially to the law enforcers. Maintaining in calm and in control demeanor will also go a long
way in making people around us feel reassured. Sharing out some of your resources, or just
simply reaching out to your neighbors, giing them emotional support and helping them deal with
their struggles during the chaos will be a big help to them.

The deeds mention above are just one of the many things a person with a phlegmatic body fluid
can do that could benefit him/herself as well as the people around him/her.
