AFFIDAVIT OF MARITAL CONSENT

I, GINA BAUTISTA PICAR, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and with residence
address at 1D IBP Road, Batasan Hills, Quezon City, after having duly sworn in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and state that:

My spouse, OLIVER R. PICAR, is the registered owner of a certain parcel of land

located in Sobredillo, Caba, La Union covered by Original Certificate of Title No. CLOA-2141
(Tax Declaration No. 2009-09-0015-00051) and more particular described as follows:

“A parcel of agricultural land, Lot 3972, Cad. 719-D, Case 11, being a portion of Caba Cadastre, situated at
Barrio Sobredillo, Municipality of Caba, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E., pts. 1-2; on
the S., pts. 2-3 both by Lot 3822, FP-13288 (Acc); on the W., pts. 3-4 by Lot 3823; and on the N., pts. 4-1 by Lot
1470, all of Cad. 719-D. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 53 deg. 13’E., 1.113.11 m. from BLIM
1, Cad. 719-D, Caba Cadastre,

Thence S. 00 deg. 49’W., 54. 39 m. to point 2;

Thence S. 63 deg. 48’W., 87. 26 m. to point 3;
Thence N. 24 deg. 56’W., 86. 56 m. to point 4;
Thence N. 82 deg. 53’E., 116.47 m. to point of

Beginning, containing an area of SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWELVE (6,912) square meters, more or less.
All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by Ps. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Date of
cadastral survey on August13, 1981 by Engr. Marino H. Marcos and was approved on January 3, 1985.

I am aware and hereby assents of the intent of my spouse to sell, cede, convey, and
transfer all his rights and interests by virtue of a sale to any interested buyer of the above-
mentioned parcel of land;

As part of documentary requirements, my spouse and I are required by law to sign in

the execution of the Deed of Sale and other pertinent documents, however, I cannot be
personally present to sign the said documents due to travel restrictions; and

As such, I am executing this affidavit of marital consent to attest to the truthfulness of

the foregoing facts.
